Located amidst a beautiful palm grove, directly on the fine sandy beach of Zarzis Oasis. The nearest town Zarzis is about 13 km away. The airport is about 50 km away.

The comfortable Moorish-style hotel offers 256 rooms and features an elegant, modernly designed lobby with reception and main bar, a main restaurant, an à la carte restaurant, a Moorish café, disco, indoor pool (seawater, heated) and a thalasso therapy center (for a fee). In the beautiful palm garden, there are 2 spacious swimming pools, sun terrace (sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool and on the beach included), a pool bar and a pizzeria & grill.
