Location

The hotel is situated in a quiet location on a fine sandy, gently sloping beach. The town center of Midoun, with its numerous shops, is approximately 7 km away. A golf course is located about 500 m away. Djerba Airport is approximately 28 km away.

Facilities

The hotel, designed in Tunisian style, has 314 rooms spread over 2 floors and offers a lobby with a reception, various shops, a small spa area, several bars, a beach bar (open from June 1 to September 30), a non-smoking restaurant, a Moorish cafe (for a fee), and a themed restaurant (fish and Italian/Tunisian cuisine, reservation required).
The spacious garden area features a freshwater pool with a separate children's pool and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, mattresses, and umbrellas are available in sufficient numbers free of charge both at the pool and on the beach. Bath towels are available for a deposit.

Double Room

The cheerfully furnished rooms have a bath/shower and toilet, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning (from June 15 to September 15), heating (from November 1 to March 15), telephone, safe (rental fee), and a balcony or terrace. (D/DA/DEA)
Also available at an extra charge with garden view (DG/DGA/GAS), with pool or side sea view (DP/APD/APE), direct sea view (DM), and for single occupancy. The double rooms with direct sea view were freshly renovated at the end of 2025 and feature a new design.

Double Room Premium Garden View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are located on the first floor and have a balcony with a garden view. They also include exclusive access to a terrace with a swimming pool/whirlpool, a snack bar, and Bali beds (GP2).
Available for single occupancy at an additional charge (GP1).
Under DJE100I, also bookable at a special rate for long stays (P2A/P1A).

Family Room

The family rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms, but are more spacious with 4 beds. These rooms are located on the ground floor (DF2/DFU).

Interconnecting Double Room

The rooms consist of two double rooms with a connecting door (DFB/CIA).

Bungalow Superior Private Garden

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these consist of a bedroom and a living room separated by a door, and a bathroom (approx. 56m²). The rooms have access to a private garden with a terrace and sun loungers (2BU/BUA).

Double Room Premium Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms offer sea views and additionally provide exclusive access to a sun terrace with a swimming pool/whirlpool, a snack bar, and Bali beds (2PM/P2M). The sea view rooms were freshly renovated at the end of 2025 and feature a new design.
Available for single occupancy at an additional charge (1PM/AMT).
