Location

The extensive resort, covering nearly 20 hectares, is located on the north coast of the exotic island of Zanzibar, just outside the town of Nungwi. Guests can look forward to warm, sunny weather almost all year round. Numerous restaurants and cafés are located in the immediate vicinity and are easily accessible on foot.

The resort, designed in a Kenyan "Swahili/Zanzibar" style, creates a pleasant atmosphere. In total, the resort covers an area of approx. 20 hectares and features 182 modern, luxurious rooms and suites. Further facilities include a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant, an à la carte restaurant, and 3 bars. There is also a business center, free parking, the Zawadi boutiques, and a spa and wellness center (for a fee). The well-kept, spacious grounds feature a large pool landscape with a total of 4 swimming pools, one of which has a swim-up bar, one with a Jacuzzi, and one as an infinity pool. Sun loungers and parasols at the pool and beach as well as pool towels are included. Various water sports facilities are available for a fee.

Double Superior (DSU)

The modern furnished rooms are approx. 78m² in size and feature a spacious bathroom with a double bathtub/walk-in shower/WC and bidet, hairdryer, shaving mirror, air conditioning, flat-screen TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi, safe, mini-fridge, one bottle of water per person/day, coffee machine, comfortable seating for 2 people, 220V AC electricity, special shaver socket in the bathroom, and a large, furnished balcony. All rooms are located on the ground floor and offer a spectacular view of the incredible sunset at the northern tip of the island.
Available at an additional cost as Double Superior with side sea view (DSS) on the second or third floor or for single occupancy. These additionally feature a personal host, bathrobes, slippers, laundry bag, umbrella in the wardrobe, and a minibar that is restocked.

Beach Front (BF2)

The suites are located directly by the sea. Each suite measures approx. 96m² and, in addition to the amenities of the Double Superior rooms, features a personal host, a large balcony with a daybed for two people and seating, as well as bathrobes, slippers, a laundry bag, an umbrella in the wardrobe, and a minibar that is restocked.

In the open-air main restaurant "Spices", breakfast (7:00–10:30 a.m.), lunch (12:30–2:30 p.m.), and dinner (7:00–9:30 p.m.) are served in buffet form with an ever-changing selection of dishes from around the world. In the à la carte restaurant "The Cliff", guests can enjoy lunch and afternoon snacks (11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) and fine dining (7:00–9:30 p.m., except Thursdays), as well as a large selection of national alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and cocktails (included from 10:00 a.m. to midnight).
