Double Africa Juniorsuite (D2T)

The Double Africa Junior Suites have been refurbished in a new style and with schauinsland-reisen's own design. The rooms are located on the lower floor and are approx. 48 sqm including terrace. They feature a king-size bed, sofa, minibar (exclusively included upon arrival when booking Double Africa and filled once with 2 beers and 4 soft drinks, refill at a charge), safe, desk, hairdryer, wardrobe, flat-screen TV, bathroom with shower, mosquito net, fan, air conditioning, and tea/coffee maker.

Double Room

The Double Rooms (30sqm) are equipped with a minibar (for a fee), safe, hairdryer, telephone, flat-screen TV, mosquito net, fan, and air conditioning. A coffee and tea making facility is also provided.
The rooms feature a terrace or balcony.
Rooms with sea view on the first floor with balcony (DM) and as Type B (DB) including a 30-minute massage in the spa area and a bottle of house wine upon arrival in the room, or Deluxe (DM2) with pool and sea view can be booked at an additional charge.

The Baboon Swim-Up Suites are being opened in a new style and with schauinsland-reisen's own design. The rooms are approx. 72 sqm including terrace. All rooms are on the ground floor with a shared swimming area (1.4 m deep) with a private terrace, sun loungers, bedroom with king-size bed, living room, minibar (exclusively included upon arrival when booking Baboon Swim-Up Suite and filled once with 2 beers and 4 soft drinks, refill at a charge), safe, hairdryer, telephone, wardrobe, flat-screen TV, bathroom with shower, mosquito net, fan, air conditioning, and tea/coffee maker.

Double Room Deluxe Swim Up

The Double Rooms Deluxe Swim Up (30/32 sqm) are located on the ground floor and offer sea views.
The rooms have direct pool access.
They are equipped with a private terrace, sun loungers, minibar (for a fee), safe, hairdryer, telephone, wardrobe, flat-screen TV, bathroom with shower cubicle, mosquito net, fan, and air conditioning, as well as tea and coffee making facilities.

The suites (45sqm) are exclusively bookable through schauinsland-reisen and are equipped with a minibar (for a fee), safe, hairdryer, telephone, flat-screen TV, mosquito net, fan, air conditioning, and tea/coffee making facilities. Furthermore, the rooms have a private terrace with sea view and a private pool.

Family Room

The Family Rooms have the same basic amenities as the Double Rooms and feature 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom.

Junior Suite Sea View (J2M)

Same amenities as the Double Rooms Deluxe Sea View (approx. 36 sqm), with a Jacuzzi on the balcony or terrace.

VIP Package (bookable with arrival document: KW and service: VIP001)

The package must be booked per person and can only be booked for a minimum stay of 7 days: a bottle of sparkling wine and a fruit basket upon arrival, 1x complimentary minibar refill (with wine, 6 soft drinks, 2 beers, and 2 juices), tea and coffee maker, bathrobe and slippers, beach towels in the room, access to the spa area with a 30-minute massage once per stay, a box of spices, 1x private seafood dinner on the beach.

Romantic Package (bookable with arrival document: KW and service: RMP001)

The package must be booked per person and can only be booked for a stay of 7 days or more: romantic room decoration, a bottle of sparkling wine and a fruit basket upon arrival, in-room tea and coffee maker, bathrobe and slippers, a 30-minute duo massage (1x per stay), a candlelit dinner on the beach (1x per stay), and a private breakfast on a boat in the sand on the beach (1x per stay).

Loft (LM)

These unique rooms (approx. 77 sqm) are located in a fantastic beachfront position with breathtaking sea views in the first row. The rooms feature a private pool (approx. 1.40 m deep) and a private terrace with loungers and a parasol, as well as seating. The loft consists of 2 floors with oversized windows with blinds. Even from the bed, you have a dreamlike view of the Indian Ocean. The upper floor has a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower, and an open dressing room. On the ground floor, there is a cozy seating area and another bathroom with shower. The room is also equipped with further amenities such as a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, 2 minibars (for a fee), a safe, bathrobes, telephone, flat-screen TV (on the lower floor), air conditioning, tea and coffee maker, and an ice cube machine.
