Location

Chalet Bamboo Vert is located amidst a tropical garden, about an 8-minute walk from the fine sandy beach "La Passe". The town center with restaurants, bars, and shops is a few minutes' walk away. The transfer from Mahé Airport takes about 20 minutes to the port, then a ferry to La Digue island (approx. 2 hours with a stopover in Praslin) and finally a 10-minute drive from the port to your hotel.

Facilities

This beautiful, small bungalow complex set in nature offers a total of 10 accommodation units spread throughout the tropical garden. Facilities include a reception and a bar. Creole delicacies are served in the restaurant. The well-maintained garden features a cozy terrace, inviting you to relax and sunbathe.

Please note that an ecotax is payable locally. This fee is to be paid in cash directly to the hotel per person per night and currently amounts to between €1.80 and €7.20 (depending on the size of the hotel). Children under 13 years of age are exempt from this regulation.
For your international inbound and outbound flights to/from Mahé, please observe the ferry times for hotel bookings on the neighboring islands (e.g., Praslin/La Digue). If you arrive after 1 PM or depart before 12 PM, a transfer to/from Praslin/La Digue cannot be guaranteed. If your arrival/departure times are outside the above-mentioned times due to flight delays, bad weather, or long immigration waiting times, our local agency will arrange an overnight stay in Mahé for you. If your booked flight times fall outside the above time windows, please book an overnight stay in Mahé through your travel agent.
