The Heritage Awali Mauritius resort is located on the pristine coast of Mauritius directly on the fine sandy beach, within a 2,500-hectare nature reserve. The capital city, Port Louis, is approximately 56 km from the resort. The international airport is about a 40-minute drive away.

The resort comprises 161 spacious rooms offering guests breathtaking views of the sea or lush tropical gardens. Amenities include a reception area with a lounge and seating, a library, and a boutique. For culinary delights, there are 5 restaurants and 3 bars. The outdoor area features 3 swimming pools (1 of which is heated), including a separate children's pool and an adults-only pool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach.
