Location

This boutique hotel is located directly on the long, white, sandy beach of "Belle Mare" on the east coast of Mauritius, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Water sports and beach enjoyment are a top priority here. The capital city, Port Louis, is approximately 43 km away. The transfer time from the international airport is about 60 minutes.

This small, family-friendly hotel features 77 pleasantly furnished rooms. Facilities include a reception area with a lobby and shops. For your dining pleasure, there is the main restaurant, "Regata," serving international dishes, as well as the beachside à-la-carte restaurant, "Horizon," which specializes in grilled dishes and seafood. The beach bar serves exotic cocktails and chilled drinks. The garden area, with a freshwater swimming pool including an integrated children's pool and a pool bar, invites you to relax and unwind. Sun loungers, parasols, and bath towels are included at the pool and on the beach.

The comfortable rooms (approx. 36 m²) are equipped with a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, safe, air conditioning, TV, telephone, coffee/tea maker, minibar (soft drinks, water, and beer included), and a balcony or terrace (2CD/1CD). Optionally available with sea view (CM/CEM) or in a direct beach location (DR2/DR1).

Breakfast buffet from 07:00 to 10:00, lunch from 12:00 to 15:00, and dinner from 19:00 to 22:00 in buffet form or as a set menu (credit of 800 RS per person/day). Afternoon tea, coffee, and pancakes. Selected drinks from the minibar (daily refill). Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (soft drinks, water, juices, beer, house wine, spirits, and cocktails) from 11:00 to 23:00. When booking a full-day excursion, a picnic set is provided (advance booking required 24 hours in advance). Shared use of the other Veranda hotels is included.

Sports included

Table tennis, bocce, Hobie Cat, pedal boat, and various sports activities such as snorkeling, windsurfing, water aerobics, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and glass-bottom boat.
