Location

Surrounded by the turquoise expanse of the sea, the Shangri-La Le Touessrok is a paradise on the island of Mauritius in the Indian Ocean for nature lovers and discerning holidaymakers. Enjoy relaxation from everyday life on the fine sandy private beach of the hotel or immerse yourself in the island's culture with excursions to Flacq (approx. 11 km) or Port Louis (approx. 50 km). Nature fans will be impressed by the Black River Gorge National Park (approx. 60 km) or the Pamplemousses Botanical Garden (approx. 34 km). For mobility during your holiday, there is a car rental service, a taxi stand (directly at the hotel), and shuttle service. The international airport (MRU) is approx. 43 km away. In addition, a shuttle operates to Ilot Mangenie-Private Beach/Restaurant from 9:00 AM to 4:40 PM.

Culinary highlights with a high service standard can be found in the restaurants "Coco's", "TSK", "Safran" (Indian cuisine) or "Kushi" (Japanese dishes). The restaurant "Ilot Mangénie", located on a private island, is reachable by a 10-minute boat shuttle and offers a special location. For a cosy nightcap, the two bars "Sega Bar" and "Coco's Beach Bar" are available, where you can watch the magical sunset with a creative cocktail in hand. To stay connected, free Wi-Fi is available to guests at all times. The modern hotel's outdoor area includes 3 saltwater or freshwater pools with a children's pool integrated into the main pool, and free sunshades and sun loungers.

Coral Room Beachside

The brightly designed Coral Room with small local details and wooden elements radiates peace and comfort, offering a beautiful view of the beachside. The Coral Room is also equipped with a kettle, minibar (free of charge), balcony or terrace, internet, safe, capsule coffee machine, and satellite TV with local channels, as well as centrally controlled air conditioning (year-round). The elegant and modern bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub and shower. Towels are changed daily (approx. 56m², D). Optionally, can also be booked with sea view (DM).

Frangipani Suite

The generously designed Frangipani Suite with two bedrooms features a king-size bed in the master bedroom and two queen-size beds in the additional bedroom. A cozy living area with local art elements invites you to relax, while you can enjoy the glorious sunshine on the balcony or terrace facing the beach. Further amenities are similar to the Coral Rooms (approx. 196m², S22).

Shangri-La Suite Beach

The Shangri-La Suites, located in the Hibiscus wing, are also equipped with two bedrooms including two king-size beds and feature a contemporary beach design. The spacious rooms also include a living/dining area and a large furnished terrace with spectacular views, as well as two bathrooms, each with double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a separate bathtub (approx. 385m², BS2).

Signature Suite Hibiscus Beachside

The Hibiscus Suite, part of the Signature Suites, located on the beachside, impresses with direct beach access and panoramic ocean views, and offers plenty of space indoors. In addition to the comfortable living area with seating, sofa bed, and dining corner, there is a separate bedroom with a king-size bed and two bathrooms with a rain shower and bathtub. Due to the prime location of the Hibiscus Signature Suite, the main pool and the beach are not far away (approx. 130m², 2XS).

Signature Suite Frangipani Beachside

The first-class Frangipani Signature Suite on the beachside is located in a separate area of the resort, ensuring peace and relaxation. A bright design with high-quality materials emphasizes the elegance of the suite. The living and dining area is adorned with selected sculptures and design elements, while the classic-simple bedroom features a king-size bed. The wood and marble-style bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a freestanding bathtub. The highlight of the Frangipani Suite are two furnished balconies, where you can relax (approx. 126m², SA). This suite category is also optionally available with sea view (S2M).
