The adults-only hotel 20 Degrés Sud is located on the northern tip of Mauritius on the lagoon of Grand Baie, which is known for its calm, turquoise waters. The 2-story boutique hotel has 36 rooms. Some of the rooms are located less than ten meters from the water and offer a beautiful view of the lagoon or the hotel's lush garden. Double room Charm

These are decorated in white, linen, and fine wood and are approx. 25 m² in size. They are located on the ground floor or the upper floor and are equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, a safe, a minibar, a bathroom with double sinks, and a separate toilet (DA).

Suite

The suites consist of a total of four areas: the bedroom with a king-size bed, the living room with a fine wood desk, the bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and finally the outdoor area. The suites are equipped with a whirlpool, a Nespresso coffee machine, private sun loungers, satellite TV, a separate toilet, a dressing room, a safe, a minibar, and air conditioning (S2).

Suite Austral

The "Austral Suite" impresses with its spacious size, private terrace, and exceptional view of the lagoon. The South Suites are equipped with a private Jacuzzi or pool, Nespresso coffee machine, satellite TV, private sun loungers, a separate toilet, a safe, a minibar, air conditioning, and a speaker (approx. 80-100 m², SA).

Suite Secrets

Combining intimacy and excellence, this suite is located on the ground floor and features a large private living area separated from the wooden terrace by a glass front, with a pool and garden furniture. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a queen-size or double bed and a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and double sinks. Otherwise similarly equipped to the Suite Austral (approx. 108 m², 2SB).
