The hotel is situated in a sheltered bay directly on a palm-fringed sandy beach on the northwest coast of Mauritius. The capital, Port Louis, is approximately 13 km away. The lively town of Grand Bay, with its bars, restaurants, nightclubs, and shopping centers, can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Mauritius Airport is approximately 58 km away.

The hotel captivates guests with its blend of traditional Mauritian features and a modern, casual ambiance. It offers a total of 250 suites spread across the sprawling tropical garden. Facilities include a reception area with seating, a "Laboutik" shop, a hairdresser, a nightclub, and a large arrivals and departures lounge. At the "Bulk Shop," guests can find everything needed for tea and coffee preparation in the room, as well as snacks and drinks for the minibar. Culinary delights are provided by various restaurants, including a main restaurant and 6 à-la-carte restaurants (5 of which are included). Refreshing drinks and delicious cocktails are served at a total of 5 bars. In the well-kept and lovingly landscaped garden area, the large pool complex with a separate children's pool and sun terraces invites guests to relax and linger. Sun loungers, pool towels, and parasols are available free of charge by the pool.

The elegant and spacious suites (approx. 64 m²) feature a bathroom with bathtub/shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, minibar, telephone, coffee/tea making facilities, LCD satellite TV, and a balcony or terrace (S2).

Family Suite

Featuring the same amenities as the suite, these include a visually separated living area with two sofa beds and are more spacious (approx. 72 m²) (2FS).

Executive Seafront Suite (bookable on request)

Features the same amenities and size as the suite and is located in the first row to the beach in the Adults-only area (access from 18 years) with a private beach section, beach service, and reserved beach beans per suite.

Honeymoon Suite

These are suites at a discounted honeymooner rate (a wedding ceremony on-site or presentation of a marriage certificate no older than 12 months is mandatory at check-in; minimum stay of 5 nights). Additionally, the following goodies are included: a beach bag, exclusive Attitude tea, and a candle-light dinner (excl. drinks for HB guests) (HS2)
