Location

The beautiful RIU Tikida Palmeraie is nestled amidst an exotic and spacious garden and impresses with its Moroccan style elements. Located just outside the city, the complex offers an oasis of peace and relaxation. The unique medina of Marrakesh is still only about 6 km away (shuttle bus included) and fascinates with the exciting hustle and bustle in the alleys and on the traditional souks, where the finest craftsmanship of the country can be found. In addition, the medina offers not only a variety of local shopping and entertainment options, but also sights such as the Djemaa El Fna square or the Bahia Palace. The distance to Marrakesh Airport is approx. 13 km.

Facilities

The breathtaking and luxurious hotel complex comprises 392 rooms, spread across a main building and several two-story annexes. The reception area is flooded with light and generously designed, with comfortable seating and a welcoming reception desk. Culinary delights are provided by the main restaurant "Le Tikida" with its diverse international buffet. In addition, the two buffet restaurants "El Nakheel" and "La Trattoria" spoil guests with Moroccan and Italian specialties. A total of three bars offer refreshments: a stylish lobby bar, a cozy lounge bar, and a relaxed pool bar. The spacious and beautifully designed garden area houses a generous pool and a separate children's pool. The pool area is surrounded by an inviting sun terrace, where sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are available free of charge.

The spacious double rooms (D) are approx. 29 m² in size and equipped with bath/shower, hairdryer, telephone (for a fee), Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning/heating (centrally controlled), safe, mini-fridge, sofa, balcony or terrace (partially furnished).

The double rooms type B (CI2) are also 29 m² in size and equipped like the standard double rooms, but with an additional sofa bed.

In the restaurant "Le Tikida", guests can enjoy a varied breakfast buffet with live cooking stations from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Dinner is served from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM as a buffet with live cooking stations and a selection of desserts. Vegetarian options are available, and there are special theme nights twice a week.
The Moroccan restaurant "El Nakheel" offers an optional dinner buffet from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Reservations are required.
The pool restaurant "La Trattoria" serves a continental breakfast buffet from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM, a lunch buffet with live cooking stations and desserts from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM, and snacks from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Dinner is available from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, also in buffet form as an Italian restaurant. Reservations are required.
The bars offer a variety of drinks. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM. The lobby bar "Le Majorelle" is open from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM. The pool bar is accessible during the day from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and in the evening from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM, the lounge bar is open, which has a stage.

The hotel complex offers various sports activities: a versatile multi-purpose sports field, well-equipped tennis courts, a modern fitness studio (accessible from 18 years of age), the comprehensive RiuFit program, and table tennis.
