The hotel is located directly on the fine sandy beach of Agadir and is an ideal starting point for exploration. The historic Kasbah of Agadir is approx. 8 km away and offers an impressive view of the city and the Atlantic. The lively port of Agadir is approx. 5 km away. The airport is approx. 24 km away.

The adults-only hotel has a total of 254 rooms, a lobby with reception, 3 restaurants, and 5 bars. The outdoor area features three swimming pools (which can be heated in winter) and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, parasols, and pool towels are available free of charge at the pool.
