Location

The Severin Sea Lodge is an oasis of peace and relaxation amidst an extensive palm garden. It is located on Bamburi Beach directly on the Indian Ocean. Restaurants and bars are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The port city of Mombasa is only approx. 12 km from the hotel, and the airport and train station are approx. 20 km away.

The lodge has 188 rooms and suites, a 24-hour reception, 3 restaurants, 3 bars (incl. swim-up bar), a rooftop terrace, souvenir shop and 2 pools (with jacuzzi). Sun loungers and bath towels by the pool are included.

Bungalow Deluxe

Have the same basic amenities as the double rooms (between 25 and 29 sq m), but are located in the bungalow area (2BC/1BC). Sea view can be booked at an additional charge (B2M/B1M).

Double Room

The rooms (approx. 28.6 sq m) have air conditioning, mosquito net, balcony, telephone, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, hairdryer and vanity mirror, safe, dressing table, refrigerator, bathroom with a walk-in shower, ceiling fan, coffee and tea making facilities, minibar, seating area and balcony (D/DE).

Double Room Deluxe

The Deluxe Rooms (approx. 23.9 sq m) offer air conditioning, a lounge area, mosquito net, hypoallergenic bedding, telephone and Wi-Fi access, hairdryer and toiletries, room safe, dressing table, room service and wake-up service. The rooms also have a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Additionally, they are equipped with a queen-size bed or two single beds and a balcony, and feature a 41-inch flat-screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities, a minibar, and a ceiling fan (DD2/DD1).

Breakfast or Half Board

Breakfast incl. late risers' breakfast, early morning coffee at the beach bar, tea time and buffet dinner. Fruits and vegetables mostly come from the hotel's own organic farm.
Very good value for money, the incidental costs for lunch and drinks are fair. Price lists are available.
