Travel information

The selected travel package has a duration of 14 nights and includes various individual services.
Accommodation on the specified ship (or similar) is for seven nights according to the itinerary. The pre- and post-cruise stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and embarkation day.
Embarkation on the MS Nile Serenity is on Sunday.

Itinerary:
Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
After breakfast, excursion to West Thebes to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sail to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
After breakfast, visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3).
Lunch on board and sail to Kom Ombo with a visit to the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
After breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then visit a Nubian village (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 5:
Early morning at 3:30 AM, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast box is included.

After breakfast, free time. You will have a day to relax and enjoy the ship while sailing downstream to Luxor.

Facilities

The completely renovated 5-star Nile ship has a total of 40 beautiful exterior cabins and suites distributed over three decks. All cabins and suites have a balcony. Furthermore, the luxurious ship has a main restaurant, a reception, as well as a lounge bar and a small bazaar. The ship also offers the opportunity to stay fit in the fitness area. The pool on the sun deck invites you to cool off and relax. Enjoy the outdoor pool with breathtaking views of the Nile. Bath towels are provided free of charge for guests.

Executive Cabin

The Executive Cabins (KEX) are approx. 20 m² in size and equipped with a private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, minibar, safe, and a balcony (approx. 2 m²).
The Executive Cabins are located on the middle and upper decks.
Can also be booked for single occupancy (EEX).

Suite

The suites (S2) are equipped like the Executive Cabins, but larger (approx. 27 m²). The beautiful balcony overlooking the Nile is approx. 3 m² and invites you to linger. The suites are located on the main deck, middle deck, and upper deck.

Economy Cabin

With the same amenities as the Executive Cabins, but slightly smaller.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (R2S) are more spacious (approx. 34 m²) with similar amenities to the Executive Cabin and also feature a balcony of approx. 4 m². They also have a sofa and two armchairs in the integrated living area.
The Royal Suites are located on all three decks.

Location

The spacious family resort of the renowned Pickalbatros hotel chain will make the hearts of water lovers, young and old, beat faster. You will spend a relaxing holiday in a quiet environment at the Albatros Sea World. You have direct access to the hotel's own 500 m long sandy beach. The beautiful house reef offers the best conditions for exploring the fascinating underwater world. Marsa Alam Airport is about 60 km away.

The extensive hotel has a total of 950 rooms spread across many small buildings. In the spacious garden complex, there are a total of 25 pools (two of which are heated in winter), a heated children's pool, and a dedicated water park for all ages. Facilities include a welcoming lobby with a reception and comfortable seating areas, as well as a shopping arcade with numerous shops inviting you to browse. The hotel's six restaurants offer a variety of culinary specialties. These include the oriental main restaurant "Saffron" and four specialty restaurants that can be used without reservation ("Soprano" - Italian, "Zum Kaiser" - German, and "L'Asiatique" - Asian, "Culina" - Mediterranean restaurant). There is also an international à la carte restaurant in the food court (included once per stay, reservation required). The offer is complemented by various cafes and bars. Two snack bars on the beach invite you for a quick bite. The water park has 12 slides for adults, two pools with 12 slides and water games for children, as well as various pools and diverse sports and entertainment programs. Beachfront Sea View

The rooms (BF2) have the same amenities as the double rooms and are located directly on the beach with a sea view.

The Junior Suites (J2P) are approx. 60 m² in size and have the same amenities as the double rooms, but with an additional open living area and pool view.

The Family Rooms (FP2) have the same amenities as the double rooms but are more spacious (approx. 70 m²). Beds are available for children, visually separated by a sliding door.

The newly built Deluxe Double Rooms Pool View (D2P) are luxuriously furnished and have a size of approx. 53 m². The amenities are otherwise similar to the double rooms. The modern rooms also have a balcony or terrace with pool view.

Deluxe Suite Pool View

The spacious Deluxe Suites are newly built and modern. The rooms are larger than the double rooms (approx. 65 m²) with the same amenities and also feature a separate area for parents and one for children. The suites have a balcony or terrace with pool view.
