Travel information

The travel offer you have chosen has a duration of 14 nights and includes various individual services.
Accommodation on the specified ship (or similar) is provided for seven nights according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day.
Embarkation on the MS Nile Serenity takes place on Sunday.

Notice

The Nile combinations are always tied to a beach stay. The cruise during the entire offer period is always one week and without interruption. The stays in the beach hotels can vary. This means that one or more overnight stays can also begin before the Nile cruise.

Embarkation: Saturdays
Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon sailing to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Morning after breakfast, visit to Edfu Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board and sailing to Kom Ombo with a visit to the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then visit to the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon felucca trip on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then visit to a Nubian village (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 5:
Early morning at 3:30 AM, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast box is included.
Lunch on board. Overnight and dinner on board.
Day 6:
Morning after breakfast, leisure time. You will have a day to relax and enjoy the ship while sailing downstream to Luxor.
Then opportunity for a Sound and Light Show at Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked on site).
Overnight and dinner on board.
Day 7:
At 5 AM, excursion by balloon (optional, can be booked on site).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, the Karnak Temple as well as the Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 8:
Departure.

Facilities

The completely renovated 5-star Nile ship features a total of 40 beautiful outside cabins and suites, spread over three decks. All cabins and suites have a balcony. Furthermore, the luxury ship features a main restaurant, a reception, as well as a lounge bar and a small bazaar. In addition, the ship offers the opportunity to stay fit in the fitness area. The pool on the sun deck invites you to cool off and relax. Enjoy the outdoor pool with breathtaking views of the Nile. Bath towels are provided to guests free of charge.

Executive Cabin

The Executive cabins (KEX) are approx. 20 m² and equipped with a private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, minibar, safe, and a balcony (approx. 2 m²).
The Executive cabins are located on the middle deck and upper deck.
Also bookable for single use (EEX).

Suite

The suites (S2) are equipped like the Executive cabins, but larger (approx. 27 m²). The beautiful balcony with a view of the Nile is approx. 3 m² and invites you to linger. The suites are located on the main deck, middle deck, and upper deck.
Also bookable for single use (S1).

Economy Cabin

With the same equipment as the Executive cabins, but slightly smaller.

Royal Suite

The Royal suites (R2S) are more spacious (approx. 34 m²) with similar features to the Executive cabins and are also equipped with a balcony of approx. 4 m². It also features a sofa and two armchairs in the integrated living area.
The Royal suites are located on all three decks.

The spacious hotel complex is located in a quiet environment directly on the 500 m long hotel-owned beach. From the beautiful beach, a jetty leads over the coral reefs into deeper waters. Experience the colorful underwater world of the Red Sea while snorkeling or diving. The small harbor town of Port Ghalib with some shopping and entertainment options as well as a harbor promenade that invites you to stroll is approx. 25 km away. In the main building is the spacious lobby with reception as well as the main restaurant with a terrace and views over the garden and the pool, which offers delicious meals in buffet form, and one of the three hotel-owned bars. In addition, there are two à-la-carte restaurants with Italian and Oriental cuisine, a nightclub, and various shops in the complex. In the beautifully designed garden area, there are two swimming pools (one heatable) with a pool bar, a quiet pool (adults only), a separate children's pool, and an integrated diving pool for practice sessions. For additional water fun, the "Lazy River" and three water slides are available.
