The resort, built from natural coral stones and situated on a slope, has 552 rooms spread across eight buildings. The hotel has its own small marina and a private beach. Facilities include a spacious, comfortable lobby with a reception, a beauty salon with a hairdresser, several souvenir shops, and a Starbucks. Seven different restaurants ("Golden Buddha" and "Star Fish" for a fee), as well as an à la carte restaurant (included once per stay) cater to your culinary needs. Ten different bars offer cool refreshments. The shisha bar with water pipes completes the diverse offerings.
In the well-maintained and lovingly landscaped outdoor area, three swimming pools (two of them heated in winter), a children's pool, and six open-air whirlpools invite you to relax and unwind. Double Room Sea View

The approx. 36-58 m² modernly furnished double rooms with sea view (DM, MBB) have a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, Wi-Fi, safe, satellite TV, minibar (including water and soft drinks), coffee/tea maker, individually adjustable air conditioning, balcony or terrace. Double rooms can also be booked for single occupancy (DEM). All double rooms have a sea view.

Double Deluxe Sea View SKTV

The rooms (2B) have the same amenities as the Double Deluxe Sea View rooms.
Additionally, the following amenities are included:

The completely renovated 5-star Nile ship has a total of 40 beautiful exterior cabins and suites spread across three decks. All cabins and suites have a balcony. Furthermore, the luxurious ship has a main restaurant, a reception, as well as a lounge bar and a small bazaar. The ship also offers the possibility to stay fit in the fitness area. The pool on the sundeck invites you to cool off and relax. Enjoy the outdoor pool with a breathtaking view of the Nile. Bath towels are provided free of charge.

The Suites (S2) are equipped like the Executive Cabins, but larger (approx. 27 m²). The beautiful balcony with a view of the Nile is approx. 3 m² and invites you to linger. The Suites are located on the Main Deck, Middle Deck, and Upper Deck.
