Travel information

The travel package you have selected has a duration of 14 nights and includes various individual services.
Accommodation on the specified ship (or similar) is for seven nights according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day.
Embarkation for the MS Nile Serenity takes place on Saturday.

The Nile combinations are always linked to a beach stay. The cruise during the entire offer period is always one week and without interruption. The stays in the beach hotels may vary. This means that one or more overnight stays may also begin before the Nile cruise.

Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon sailing to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Morning after breakfast, visit to Edfu Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board and sailing to Kom Ombo with a visit to the Double Temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).

Facilities

The completely renovated 5-star Nile ship features a total of 40 beautiful outside cabins and suites spread over three decks. All cabins and suites have a balcony. Furthermore, the luxurious ship features a main restaurant, a reception, as well as a lounge bar and a small bazaar. The ship also offers the opportunity to stay fit in the fitness area. The pool on the sun deck invites you to cool off and relax. Also enjoy the outdoor pool with a breathtaking view of the Nile. Bath towels are provided to guests free of charge.

Executive Cabin

The Executive Cabins (KEX) are approx. 20 m² and equipped with a private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, minibar, safe, and a balcony (approx. 2 m²).
The Executive Cabins are located on the middle deck and upper deck.
Also bookable for single use (EEX).

Suite

The Suites (S2) are equipped like the Executive Cabins, but larger (approx. 27 m²). The beautiful balcony with a view of the Nile is approx. 3 m² and invites you to linger. The suites are located on the main deck, the middle deck, and the upper deck.
Also bookable for single use (S1).

Economy Cabin

Same facilities as the Executive Cabins, but slightly smaller.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (R2S) are more spacious (approx. 34 m²) with similar facilities to the Executive Cabin and are also equipped with a balcony of approx. 4 m². It also has a sofa and two armchairs in the integrated living area.
The Royal Suites are located on all three decks.

Location

The family-friendly hotel is located directly on a 1,500-meter-long, beautifully landscaped lagoon with a hotel-owned beach section in El Gouna, north of Hurghada. A shuttle boat transfer (approx. 15 minutes) takes guests to another private island beach on the open sea, the beautiful Zeytouna Beach. A long jetty leads from Zeytouna Beach out onto the Red Sea. Experience the fascinating underwater world while snorkeling there. The center of El Gouna is approx. 350 m away. Hurghada Airport is approx. 25 kilometers away.

Built in the Nubian village style, the resort delights with a cozy flair, characterized by towers, domes, and arches, and features 434 comfortably furnished rooms spread across several two-story buildings. The resort has a beautiful and inviting reception area with seating and Wi-Fi in all public areas of the property. Outside, there are four different swimming pools (fitness pool, sunset pool with two smaller slides, Aqua Splash pool with four different water slides, Dolphin pool), three of which can be heated in winter. There are also four children's pools available for little guests, three of which can be heated in winter. One of these pools features small slides and water features. Sun loungers, bath towels, and parasols are provided free of charge at the pools and on the hotel's own beach. For your culinary needs, there is a main restaurant, four different specialty restaurants, and various bars.

Premium Room (PR2)

With the same facilities as the double rooms, but more spacious (approx. 28 m²), these rooms have a pool/garden or lagoon view. Also bookable for single use (PR1).

Family Room (DF2)

The cozy family rooms have the same equipment features as the double rooms, but are more spacious (approx. 37 m²).

Double Room Superior

The newly bookable Superior rooms (DSU, 28 m²) are renovated and offer a choice of different views, depending on the room's location in the hotel – either with a view of the garden or the refreshing pool. The rooms are equipped with two different bed types: a spacious king-size bed or two single beds, depending on your request. The rooms have free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a water kettle, and tea/coffee making facilities.
Also bookable for 3 people (TDS) and for single use (DSE).

Double Room Superior Plus

The rooms (DSB) are more spacious (approx. 35 m²) with similar features to the Double Room Superior. The rooms are renovated and newly bookable.

The main restaurant "Sunny Restaurant" offers breakfast (07:00-10:00), lunch (12:00-14:30), and dinner (18:30-21:00) in buffet form. Additionally, the restaurant offers tea time with various snacks from 16:00-17:00. In addition, various specialty restaurants are available: "Greenhouse" with vegan and vegetarian dishes in the morning (07:30-11:00 in buffet form), lunch (11:00-15:00 a la carte for a fee), as well as in the evening (18:00-21:00 a la carte for a fee with prior reservation). "Lagoon Lunch" at noon (12:00-15:00 a la carte). "Dolce Vita" with Italian dishes (18:30-21:00 a la carte) as well as "Chez Pascal" with a selection of different specialties (18:30-21:00 a la carte for a fee on Fridays). Dine Around El Gouna
