Route:
Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3) Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Visit to the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 am, optional balloon excursion (can be booked on site).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Visit to the West Bank. After breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening departure to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Departure from Esna.
Then continue to Aswan, where the overnight stay will take place.
Lunch and dinner and overnight on board.
Day 5:
After breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then visit Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, a felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then an opportunity to visit a Nubian village with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 6:
You have the opportunity to explore Abu Simbel (2,3). Trip to Kom Ombo with a visit to the Double Temple (1,2,3). Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 7:
Departure to Esna and visit to Edfu Temple (1,2,3). Overnight on board.
Day 8:
Arrival Luxor. Departure.

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins spread across several decks. The main restaurant offers delicious dishes. This is complemented by a cozy lounge bar. A small bazaar invites you to browse. The spacious sun deck has a large pool and a bar. Beach towels are included on board.

Meals

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet style. Drinks are extra.

Occasional evening entertainment with folklore.

Cabins

The tastefully furnished cabins (K2) are approx. 19 m² and have a bathroom with bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar, and safe.
Cabins are also available for single occupancy (K1 or KA1).

Saver cabins

The saver cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole window.

Single occupancy cabin

With the same amenities as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 m²) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

The resort of the renowned Steigenberger chain is located quietly, directly on the gently sloping, hotel-owned sandy beach with a unique house reef in Madinat Coraya.
Madinat Coraya Bay is a dream destination that offers ideal conditions for diving and snorkeling enthusiasts. The underwater world is home to countless rare fish species. The distance to Port Ghalib and Marsa Alam Airport is approximately 8 km.

Facilities

The spacious adults-only (bookable from 16 years) hotel complex with a total of 364 elegant rooms has a warm and oriental ambiance. Amenities include a welcoming lobby with reception, so you feel at home from the first moment, as well as several shops, an amphitheater, and a Bedouin tent. For culinary variety, there is a main restaurant, an à la carte restaurant ("Fayrouz" - Mediterranean dishes) and various bars.
Furthermore, Madinat Coraya offers a Dine Around: per stay, one visit to the Italian à la carte "Basilico Restaurant", the Asian "Rocca" restaurant or the oriental "Zaytoun" is included for All Inclusive guests (reservation required).
Outside, there are 3 pools (one of which is heated) and a pool/beach bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge on the hotel's private beach and by the pools.

Superior Double Room

The Superior Double rooms (DSU) are approx. 30 m², bright and friendly, and feature a shower/WC (bathrobe and slippers included in the Pharao Club), hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), telephone, satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), safe, coffee and tea maker, smoke detector, and a balcony or terrace with garden view.

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe Double rooms (DD2) have the same amenities as the Superior Double rooms, but are slightly larger (approx. 34 m²) and equipped with additional sofa beds.

Superior Double Room with guaranteed upper floor sea view

The newly bookable schauinsland-reisen Original rooms (XO2) are equipped like the Superior Double rooms and have a sea view. The rooms are guaranteed to be on the 2nd or 3rd floor of the hotel, offering a breathtaking view of the Red Sea.
Also available for single use (XO1).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites (JS2) are approx. 42 m² and feature a bathroom or shower/WC, a spacious bedroom, and a separate living area (separated by a door). The Junior Suites have pool or sea view.
