Location

The Iberotel Costa Mares hotel, belonging to the renowned Jaz Hotel group, is situated in the beautiful bay of Marsa Mubarak. The coral reef in front of the hotel offers a fascinating underwater world for divers and snorkelers. It is one of the most famous spots for diving with dugongs and turtles.
The nearest town with a beautiful marina and various shopping and entertainment options is about 5 km away. The distance to Marsa Alam Airport is only about 8 km.

The modern hotel complex (from Winter 2025/2026 Adults only from 16 years!) has a total of 208 rooms, spread across the main building and annexes. The stylish hotel is equipped with a modern reception hall with a reception desk, a gym, various shops, and a spa area. For culinary delights, there is a buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace and two à la carte restaurants. The "Anchor" offers Italian specialties, and the "Sands" is located on the beach and offers international cuisine (included once a week per person for a minimum stay of 7 nights - subject to availability - reservation required), as well as several bars.
In the well-kept outdoor area, there is a swimming pool (heated in winter).
Sun loungers, mattresses, and umbrellas are available to guests free of charge by the pool and on the beach. Beach and bath towels are provided fresh daily in the room.

Double Room Superior Bay View

The Double Superior Bay View (SVB) rooms are 29 m² and feature a walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, coffee and tea maker, safe, telephone, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony.
Also bookable with sea view (DMU) or for single occupancy (V1S/EMU).

Superior Family Room Garden View

The Family Superior Garden View rooms (F2S) have the same amenities as the Double Superior rooms (29 m²), but with an additional sofa bed. The rooms are located on the ground floor.

Junior Suite Sea View

The Junior Suites Sea View (J2M) are equipped like the Double Superior rooms, but are larger (120 m²) and have a direct sea view.

Deluxe Family Room Pool or Sea View

The Deluxe Family Rooms Pool or Sea View (FMD) have the same amenities as the Double Superior Bay View rooms, but are larger (approx. 45 m²).
The rooms are located on the ground floor.

Deluxe Family Room Bay View

The Deluxe Family Rooms Bay View (BDV) are approx. 46 m² and consist of 2 rooms with an connecting door, with garden or beach view, while otherwise having the same amenities as the Double Superior rooms.

All Inclusive

Breakfast from 7-10:30 AM, lunch from 12:30-2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30-9 PM (winter) and 7-9:30 PM (summer) as a buffet in the main restaurant. Late risers' breakfast is available from 10:30-11:30 AM at the beach bar. Lunch includes various snacks from 1-4 PM with ice cream, coffee/tea, and cake. Selected local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10 AM to 12 AM. Imported alcoholic beverages are not included in the All Inclusive package. Once per stay, the à la carte restaurant at the Beach Restaurant is included per person (subject to prior reservation and availability).
