Location

The True Beach Resort, consisting of the sections "True Beach Resort" (bookable under RMF333, completely renovated) and the True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), first opened its doors in December 2023. The complex, designed in an Arabic boho style, is located south of Marsa Alam and situated on a fantastic stretch of coastline with a bay featuring crystal-clear water, directly on the beachfront. Coral reefs offshore invite snorkeling. Marsa Alam Airport is approximately 90 kilometers from the hotel.

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel was built in an elegant Bohemian style combined with modern Arabic accents, offering a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star complex comprises two sections: the "True Beach Resort," particularly suitable for families, and the "True Beach Village," an adults-only area open to guests aged 16 and above. The resort features a total of 158 rooms spread across both sections, with a spacious reception area and a "True Lobby Bar" offering seating indoors and outdoors (located within the resort). On the first floor of the lobby is the "Sama Bar" rooftop bar. The Village section of the resort (adults-only) is surrounded by a vast water landscape with 4 main pools that wind through the entire complex, also serving as swim-up room pools. Additionally, there's an infinity pool offering views of the crystal-clear bay (all pools are heated). Amidst the pool area, you'll find the "Scarab Bar" pool bar, the oriental restaurant "El Tawla," and a chaise lounge. Guests of the Village section also have access to the Greek restaurant "ILIOS" and the Asian restaurant "NORI," both situated on the beach. The beach also hosts the bars "ILIOS Bar" and "Salt Bar." Furthermore, guests of the Village section can dine at the main restaurant "El Manzil" and the fish restaurant "Ritsa" (both located in the Resort section). The Resort section boasts two spacious pools and a whirlpool integrated into the main pool (main pool heated in winter). An island in the main pool, accessible via a wooden bridge, offers chill-out areas with loungers and beanbags for all ages. The complex also includes the "Maya" pool bar, a theater offering various evening entertainment programs, as well as several shops, a hairdresser, and a spa area. Guests of the Village section can use both sections, but not vice versa. Loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included by the pool and on the beach.

The rooms offer direct access to the shared pool (heated).

With the same amenities as the 2SU, these rooms (W2Q) are located on the beach and offer access to the swim-up pool (heated) and direct sea views.

Junior Suite Sea View (Adult Only)

The Junior Suites Sea View (J2M) are approximately 47 sqm, located on the first floor, and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, safe, minibar (stocked upon arrival with 4 soft drinks and 2 small bottles of water, water is refilled daily), kettle, espresso machine (4 capsules included), and safe (included), a seating area, and a balcony. The jacuzzi (heated) is located outside on the terrace.

Loft (Adult Only)

The Lofts (L2G) are approximately 86 sqm, located on the beachfront with direct sea view, and offer on two floors two bathrooms with shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, safe, minibar (stocked upon arrival with 4 soft drinks and 2 small bottles of water, water is refilled daily), kettle, espresso machine (4 capsules included), and safe, a dressing room, as well as a seating area with dining table and a terrace. Main restaurant "El Manzil" with buffet service in the resort area for breakfast (7-10 AM, times may vary by season), late risers' breakfast (10-11 AM, times may vary by season), lunch (12:30-2:30 PM, times may vary by season), and dinner (6:30-9:30 PM winter season, 7-10 PM summer season).
Alternatively, guests can enjoy an à la carte breakfast daily in the Village area (adults only) at the Greek restaurant.
Snacks are available from 10:30 AM to 5 PM in the outdoor area. Tea time from 3 PM to 4 PM with cake and pastries in the lobby bar. Additionally, the following à la carte restaurants are included daily: Seafood Restaurant "Ritsa" (located in the resort area, included only once per stay, reservation required, may not be open daily depending on occupancy), Greek Restaurant "ILIOS," Oriental Restaurant "El Tawla," and Asian Fusion Restaurant "NORI" (reservation required, two of the restaurants are open on different days of the week, from 7 PM to 10 PM, opening hours may vary by season). The following bars are available: "True Lobby Bar," "Maya Pool Bar" (pool bar in the resort area), "Sama Bar" (roof top bar in the resort area), "Scarab Bar" (pool bar in the Village area), "Salt Bar" (beach bar on the beach), and "ILIOS" Bar directly on the beach (the last three mentioned bars are located in the Village area). Opening hours vary by bar. Local alcoholic beverages are included from 10 AM to midnight, and non-alcoholic beverages from 6 AM to midnight. A midnight snack is offered from midnight.
The minibar is stocked upon arrival with 4 soft drinks and 2 small bottles of water. Water is refilled daily.

Not included in All Inclusive

Freshly squeezed orange juice with breakfast at an extra charge. Starting from summer 2025, floating breakfast will no longer be included in the All Inclusive package.

Sports included

Fitness room with a range of cardio and strength equipment (for ages 16 and up, open from 8 AM to 8 PM). Additionally, there is a beach volleyball court and a daily animation/sports program (e.g., yoga classes on the beach).
