Location

The True Beach Resort, comprising the "True Beach Resort" (bookable under RMF333, completely renovated) and the True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), first opened its doors in December 2023. The complex, designed in an Arabian boho style, is located south of Marsa Alam, situated on a beautiful stretch of coastline with a bay featuring crystal-clear water directly on the beach. Offshore coral reefs invite snorkeling (bathing shoes recommended). Marsa Alam airport is approximately 90 kilometers from the hotel.

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel is built in an elegant Bohemian style, combined with modern Arabian accents, offering a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star resort consists of two sections: the "True Beach Resort," particularly suitable for families, and the "True Beach Village" (bookable under RMF444) as an Adult-Only area, bookable for ages 16 and above. The resort offers a total of 158 rooms spread across both sections, featuring a spacious reception area with a reception desk and a lobby bar "True Lobby Bar" with seating both indoors and outdoors. The resort area has two large pools and a jacuzzi integrated into the main pool (one of which is heated in winter). An island in the main pool, accessible via a wooden bridge, offers chill-out areas with loungers and beanbags for all ages. A children's pool and a kids' splash pool with various water games are located next to the kids' club and adjacent playground with a sunshade. The main restaurant "El Manzil" offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style; additionally, the beachfront fish restaurant "Ritsa" is included once per stay. The three à la carte restaurants "El Tawla" (oriental), "NORI" (Asian fusion), and "ILIOS" (Greek) are located in the Village area and are available at an extra charge (Adults only, reservation required). Furthermore, the resort has a pool bar "Maya," a rooftop bar "Sama Bar" (shisha available for a fee), a theater offering various evening entertainment programs, a beach bar, and various shops, a hairdresser, and a spa area. The Village area is surrounded by a generous water landscape and offers a total of 4 different main pools that run through the entire complex, as well as an infinity pool with views of the crystal-clear bay (all pools are heated). In the middle of the pool landscape, you'll find a pool bar "Scarab Bar," the oriental restaurant "El Tawla," and a chaise lounge. Two additional bars, "Salt Bar" and "ILIOS Bar," are located directly on the beach in the Village area. Guests of the Village area can use both sections, but not vice versa. Loungers, sun umbrellas, and bath towels are included by the pool and on the beach.

The tastefully furnished Superior Double Rooms (DSU) feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, minibar (stocked with 4 soft drinks and 2 small bottles of water upon arrival, water replenished daily), kettle and safe, a seating area, and a terrace, measuring approximately 47 sqm. Also bookable as Type I (DSI) with the same amenities, subject to availability and special pricing. Optionally available for single occupancy (DEU). Also available with side sea view (D2S/S1S) or direct sea view (DMU/EMU, as Type I DMI). Swim-up rooms are bookable under RMF444.

Superior Double Room Sea View Upgrade

In addition to the features of the Superior Double Rooms Sea View, this room (UMB) offers the following amenities:

These rooms are located in the beachfront buildings and offer pool and side sea views.

Young Traveler Room

Snacks are available at the pool bar from 11:30 am to 5 pm. Tea time with cakes and pastries is served in the resort area's lobby bar from 3 pm to 4 pm. The seafood à la carte restaurant "Ritsa" is included once per stay (reservation required; the restaurant may not be open daily depending on occupancy). Upon request, the following à la carte restaurants in the Village area can be visited for a fee (reservation required): Greek restaurant "ILIOS," Oriental restaurant "El Tawla," and Asian fusion restaurant "NORI" (two of the restaurants are open on different days of the week, from 7 pm to 10 pm, opening hours may vary by season).
