The "JAZ Elite Negma," which will open its doors for the first time in Summer 2026, is located directly on the gently sloping beach of the picturesque "Marsa Mares Bay." The bay is well-known among divers for its rich underwater world. The lively coastal town of Port Ghalib, famous for its diverse shopping opportunities, cozy bars, and restaurants, is only about 5 kilometers away and invites you for a relaxed stroll. The transfer time from Marsa Alam Airport is approximately 25 minutes.

Facilities

The modern and elegant hotel has 336 rooms and suites and features a reception area with a reception desk, a lobby bar, pool bar, and beach bar. Indulge in first-class cuisine offering a wide selection of local and international dishes, with a main restaurant and 3 specialty restaurants offering a broad choice of characteristic dishes from exotic cuisines, carefully prepared to present guests with the diverse spices of the continents directly at their table. In the stylish outdoor area, there are 3 pools with an integrated children's pool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are available free of charge at both the pool and the beach.

Double Room Superior

The rooms (DSU) feature a bath/shower, toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), satellite TV, and safe. Balcony or terrace with garden view.

Double Room Superior Swim Up

With the same amenities as the Double Room Superior, these rooms (DWP) feature a terrace with direct access to the shared pool.

Deluxe Family Room

The Deluxe Family Rooms with pool view (2DF) are approximately 56m² and feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, minibar (for a fee), TV, telephone (for a fee), and balcony or terrace. The children's sleeping area is separated by a door.
Available at an additional charge also with pool view (FPD) or with side sea view (F2D).

Executive Suite

The Executive Suites (ESM) are approximately 68m² and feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, minibar (for a fee), TV, telephone (for a fee), and balcony or terrace.

Deluxe Family Room Swim Up

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Family Rooms, these rooms (FSU) feature a terrace with direct access to the shared pool.

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style in the main restaurant. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included from 9 AM to midnight at the bar that is open at the time.
An elegant dress code applies in the restaurant in the evening, contributing to a sophisticated atmosphere. Gentlemen are required to wear smart attire: long trousers and appropriate footwear are a must, while tank tops, vests, and shorts of any length are not permitted. Ladies may also wear shorts, but they should be of a suitable length – very short shorts or hot pants are not advisable. Stylish dresses, skirts, trousers, blouses, or shirts that enhance the special evening atmosphere are recommended.
