Location

The 5-star luxury hotel complex is located in the heart of the beautiful Madinat Coraya. Access to the sea is available via a jetty. From here, you can discover the picturesque underwater world of Madinat Coraya. The resort also features its own sandy beach section and is located only approx. 5 km from Marsa Alam Airport.

Facilities

The beautiful adults-only facility (bookable from 16 years) has 290 elegantly furnished rooms and suites. The spacious reception area offers guests a reception desk and a lobby bar with seating. The hotel has a souvenir shop and a hairdresser. A main restaurant and four à-la-carte restaurants ("Basilico" - Italian, "Rocca" - Asian, "Zaytoun" - Oriental, "Mashawi" - Seafood) cater to guests' culinary needs, pampering you with delicious dishes. A wide selection of drinks is available at the various bars.
In the outdoor area of the facility, there are five generously laid-out pools (partially heatable in winter) and inviting sun terraces.
Sun loungers, parasols, and towels are available free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

Accommodation

Royal Suite Sea View Private Pool

The Royal Suites (RSM) are luxuriously equipped and feature the same amenities as the double rooms. The Royal Suite is approx. 160 m² in size and is additionally equipped with 2 bathrooms with bathtub, Jacuzzi, living area, sleeping area, and features a terrace with a private pool.

Double Room Superior

The comfortably furnished Double Superior (DSU) rooms are 40 m² and feature shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, LED TV, safe, telephone (for a fee), balcony, and garden view.
For an extra charge, also bookable with pool view (DSP), side sea view (D2S), or sea view (DMU) as well as for single occupancy (DEU/ESP/1SD/UME).

Double Superior Swim Up

The Double Superior Swim Up (DWP) rooms are slightly more spacious (approx. 50 m²) with the same amenities as the Double Superior rooms and have private direct pool access from the terrace.
Also bookable for single occupancy for an extra charge (EWP).

Double Deluxe Sea View

The Double Deluxe Sea View (DM2) rooms are more spacious (approx. 70 m²) with the same amenities as the Double Superior, and additionally feature a dressing room and a balcony. Also bookable for single occupancy (DM1).

Double Deluxe Swim-Up

The Double Deluxe Swim Up (DWU) rooms are bookable as schauinsland-original rooms. The rooms are more spacious (approx. 70 m²) with the same amenities as the Double Superior rooms and have their own access to the sharing pool.
Also bookable with sea view (DWS) as well as for single occupancy (WU1/EWS).

Double Premium Deluxe Swim Up

The Double Premium Deluxe Swim Up (PWS) rooms are more spacious (approx. 75 m²) with the same amenities as the Double Superior, and feature a private Jacuzzi (indoor) and pool access to the shared pool.
Also bookable with sea view (DUM) for an extra charge.

The Double Premium Deluxe Sea View rooms are similar in amenities to the Double Superior rooms, but are larger at approx. 75 m² and feature a sea view (P2M).
