Location

The beautiful Novotel Marsa Alam Resort delights with its direct beach location in a quiet setting. At the hotel's own approx. 350 m long beach, you have a wonderful view of the crystal-clear Red Sea. A jetty leads over the offshore reef, making it easier to enter the sea. The coast around Marsa Alam is known for its dreamlike reefs and a fascinating underwater world. The center of El Quseir offers numerous restaurants, bars, and shops and can be reached after about 20 km. The small town of Port Ghalib with a harbor promenade along the marina and a variety of shops and restaurants is located about 57 km away. It is approx. 55 km to Marsa Alam airport.

Facilities

The 5-star resort of the renowned "Novotel" chain has 268 modern rooms, which are spread over several two-story buildings. The architecture of the hotel is inspired by the Nubian style, creating a special flair. For dining, there is a main restaurant with an international buffet, the Mediterranean à la carte restaurant "La Veranda", and the à la carte restaurant "Sea Breeze" (for a fee). The offer is rounded off by three bars, including a pool bar and a beach bar. In the well-maintained outdoor area, there are a total of three pools, two of them with an integrated children's pool (one outdoor pool can be heated in winter). Furthermore, the hotel has a heated indoor pool. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and bath towels are available free of charge at the pool and beach.

Superior Double Room

The Superior double rooms (DSU) have a size of approx. 36 m² and are beautifully furnished. They feature a shower/WC, satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar (for a fee, one small bottle of water per person included once daily), hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), tea/coffee maker, balcony or terrace with garden view.

Superior Beachfront Double Room

The Superior Beachfront double rooms (RN2) are equipped like the Superior double rooms, but are located in the first beach row and offer a wonderful view of the Red Sea.
Also bookable for single occupancy (RN1).

Superior Family Room Sea View

The Superior Family rooms with sea view (FMZ) consist of two Superior double rooms with a connecting door and feature the same amenities as well as a beautiful sea view.

Superior Family Room Beachfront

The Superior Family rooms Beachfront (FSB) are located in the first beach row and consist of two double rooms with a connecting door.

Breakfast from 7-10 am, lunch from 12:30-3 pm and dinner from 7-9:30 pm (in summer) or from 6:30-9:30 pm (in winter), each in the main restaurant. Alternatively, one dinner per week is included in the à la carte restaurant "La Veranda" (minimum stay 7 nights).
Snacks are available from 11:30 am-12:30 pm and 4:30-5:30 pm at the pool bar.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included from 10 am-12 am.
