Arrival and embarkation. Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
After breakfast in the morning, excursion to Thebes West
to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Sailing to Edfu in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
After breakfast in the morning, visit the Temple of Habu (1,2,3).
Then continue sailing to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board and sailing to Kom Ombo, where you will have free time.
Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
After breakfast in the morning, visit the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca sailing on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then there will be an opportunity for a camel ride (3) on the way to visit a Nubian village, with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).

In the early morning at 3:30 AM, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3). Breakfast package included.
Lunch on board. Overnight and dinner on board.
Day 6:
Breakfast on board. Afterwards, visit the Temple of Kom Ombo (1,2,3).
Then continue via Edfu and Esna to Luxor.
Overnight and dinner on board.
Day 7:
At 5 AM, optional balloon excursion (can be booked on-site).
Breakfast, visit the East Bank, Karnak Temple, and Luxor Temple (1,2,3).

The Nile cruise ship from the renowned Steigenberger hotel chain has a total of 77 outside cabins spread across various decks. It also features a main restaurant, a 24-hour reception, a lounge bar, a hairdresser (on request), a souvenir shop, and a sun deck with a pool and bar. Beach towels are included on board.

The newly built SUNRISE Anjum Resort Grand Select, which opened for the first time in April 2024, impresses with its modern Bohemian style. The resort is located directly on the beautiful, hotel-owned lagoon sandy beach, offering the perfect conditions for snorkelers and divers. The jetty makes it easier to enter deeper water. Marsa Alam Airport is about 90 kilometers from the hotel.

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel is built in an elegant Bohemian style and features 203 rooms and suites spread across various buildings. The complex has a reception with seating and an adjoining outdoor terrace. In the outdoor area of the complex, there are five different pools, including a splash pool, an infinity whirlpool, an adults-only pool (Oasis Pool), and an island and kids' pool (all pools are heated in winter). Restaurants include the Boscage Restaurant (international cuisine, open buffet), the à la carte restaurant "Manzoku" (Asian cuisine), and "Basilico," which serves as an international à la carte restaurant until the evening and an Italian à la carte restaurant in the evening. All à la carte restaurants are included and can be visited daily with a reservation. Snacks are available to guests at the "Indigo Terrace" bar. A total of seven different bars, one of which is adults only, offer a selection of drinks. In addition, the holiday resort has a spa area, a fitness studio, a beauty salon, a kids' club, and various shops.

Junior Suite Swim Up

With the same amenities as the Double Room Superior, but more spacious (SUJ, approx. 60 m²). These rooms also have access to the shared swim-up pool. Also bookable for single use (SUE).

Deluxe Beach Front Swim-up Suite

The rooms (S2U) are approx. 45 m² and, with similar amenities to the double rooms, have a terrace with direct access to the shared pool. The rooms are located very close to the beach. Also bookable at an extra charge with direct access to a private pool (BSD).

Anjum Jacuzzi Suite Sea View

The Anjum Jacuzzi Suite (S2J) is approx. 70 m² and consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two twin beds. The rooms have other similar amenities and additionally a balcony with a jacuzzi and a sea view.

The main restaurant "Boscage" offers breakfast including coffee and tea and various fresh juices (7-10:30 AM, as well as late riser breakfast 10:30-11 AM on request), lunch (1-3 PM) and dinner (7-10 PM) in buffet form. If needed, the following à la carte restaurants are also included without restriction (subject to availability with prior reservation): "Basilico" (7-10:30 AM à la carte breakfast, 12:30-5 PM international cuisine, 7-10 PM Italian cuisine) and "Manzoku," which is open from 6:30-10 PM and offers Asian cuisine. Coffee, tea, and cake are served daily from 3 PM to 5 PM at the "Indigo Bar." A midnight snack is available to guests from 11 PM to 1 AM in the Boscage Restaurant. Local non-alcoholic drinks are available around the clock at one of the seven different bars (one bar is adults only). Local alcoholic drinks are included from 10 AM to 12 AM.

Sports included

An indoor fitness studio with various CrossFit equipment is available to guests free of charge from 8 AM to 8 PM. The minimum age for the fitness studio is 16 years. For the little holidaymakers, the SUNRISE Kids Planet Club is available (kids club multilingual, including German). It caters to children aged 3-12 and is open every day of the week. The spa area (10 AM to 7 PM) features a sauna, jacuzzi, steam bath, and Turkish bath, and also offers various massages to guests.
