This unique holiday resort is situated in a quiet location south of Luxor on the private island "King's Island" in the Nile, with a breathtaking view of the Nile. The extensive and very well-maintained garden area, with old trees and exotic flora and fauna, offers absolute relaxation away from the otherwise bustling surroundings. The center of Luxor is about 4 km away and offers numerous restaurants and shops, as well as historical sights like the Luxor Temple. A free shuttle bus to Luxor operates twice daily. Luxor Airport is approx. 14 km away.

The two-story hotel has 507 rooms spread across a main building and 2 annex buildings. It offers its guests a 24-hour reception (check-in from 2 p.m., check-out until 12 p.m.), a lobby with a bar, air conditioning, a hairdresser, a mini-market, other shops, parking (free of charge), and currency exchange facilities. For culinary delights, there are 3 restaurants (air-conditioned) and a snack bar. The hotel's 3 bars look forward to welcoming you. The outdoor area of the hotel includes 3 freshwater pools with a separate children's pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge. A poolside bar offers refreshing drinks to guests.

Double Room

The double rooms with garden view (DG/2GD/1GD) are approximately 24 m² in size and comfortably furnished with bath/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning/heating, minibar (for a fee), safe, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, coffee/tea maker, and a terrace with garden view.
Also available at an extra charge with Nile view (DA/DEA).

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe Double Rooms (DDC/DD3/DD1) are elegantly furnished, have a garden view, and at approx. 43 m², offer the same amenities as the double rooms.
Also available with a Nile view (DDB/EDB/DDT).

Executive Suite

The extremely spacious Executive Suites offer space for a comfortable sleeping area with a king-size bed or twin beds, as well as a living area with a seating area, sofa, and a dining table. The rooms offer a balcony or terrace and are otherwise equipped similarly to the double rooms (approx. 110m², GS2/GS1).

Family Room

The family rooms are approx. 48 m² and feature air conditioning, TV, minibar (for a fee), two bathrooms with bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, two bedrooms, and a terrace (2FA, 3FA, 4FA).

Junior Suite

These Junior Suites, also approximately 48 m² in size, are equipped with a bath or shower/WC, separate bedroom, small living area, safe, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning, TV, and terrace (J2A, J1A).

Superior Deluxe Room

The Superior Deluxe Rooms are similar in amenities to the Deluxe Double Rooms, but are larger at approx. 53m² and have a garden view (SDX/SED).

The entry visa for all travel services booked with Schauinsland-Reisen is not included in the travel price.
