The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. As of Winter 2024/25, the ship features a small fitness studio, freely accessible to all guests on board. Combined product of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel is always in the cheapest available room category. A hot air balloon ride is possible at 5 AM (optional, bookable on site).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon sailing to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Continue sailing to Kom Ombo in the morning.
Lunch on board and visit to the Double Temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.

In the morning, after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).

The True Beach Resort, consisting of the sections "True Beach Resort" (bookable under RMF333, completely renovated) and the True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), first opened its doors in December 2023. The complex, designed in an Arabic boho style, is located south of Marsa Alam on a fantastic stretch of coast with a bay in front featuring crystal-clear water in the first beach row. Coral reefs in front invite snorkeling (beach shoes recommended). Marsa Alam Airport is about 90 kilometers from the hotel.

Facilities

The Schauinsland-reisen Original Hotel was built in an elegant Bohemian style combined with modern Arabic accents, offering a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star resort consists of two sections, the "True Beach Resort," which is particularly suitable for families, and the "True Beach Village" (bookable under RMF444), an adult-only area for guests aged 16 and over. The resort has a total of 158 rooms spread across both sections, featuring a spacious reception area with a lobby bar "True Lobby Bar" offering seating indoors and outdoors. The resort area has two large pools and a whirlpool integrated into the main pool (one of which is heated in winter). An island in the main pool, accessible via a wooden bridge, offers chill-out areas with loungers and beanbags for all ages. A children's pool and a kids' splash pool with various water features are located next to the kids' club and the adjacent playground with a sun sail. The main restaurant "El Manzil" offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet style; additionally, the beachfront fish restaurant "Ritsa" is included once per stay. The three à la carte restaurants "El Tawla" (oriental), "NORI" (Asian fusion), and "ILIOS" (Greek) are located in the Village area and are available for a fee (adults only, reservation required). Furthermore, the resort features a pool bar "Maya," a rooftop bar "Sama Bar" (shisha available, for a fee), a theater offering various evening entertainment programs, a beach bar, and several shops, a hairdresser, and a spa area. The Village area is surrounded by an extensive water landscape and offers a total of 4 different main pools that run through the entire resort, as well as an infinity pool with a view of the crystal-clear bay (all pools are heated). In the middle of the pool landscape, you'll find a pool bar "Scarab Bar," the oriental restaurant "El Tawla," and a chaise lounge. Two more bars, "Salt Bar" and "ILIOS" Bar, are located directly on the beach in the Village area. Guests of the Village area can use both sections, but not vice versa.
