Location

The modern and stylishly designed Jaz Elite Maraya is located in a dreamlike setting directly on the sea in the idyllic Madinat Coraya. Here you can enjoy a relaxing holiday where relaxation and family fun can be easily combined. The sandy beach in the long bay is just a few minutes' walk away (section of the adjacent Jaz Solaya hotel's beach). The distance to Marsa Alam Airport is only approx. 5 km.

Facilities

The hotel complex "Jaz Elite Maraya" was completely newly built in 2018/19 and opened for the summer season 2019.
The modern hotel in a stylish ambience with a total of 202 rooms offers a wide variety of activities, especially for families with children, making it perfect for a relaxing and restful holiday in Egypt.
Children can have fun in the large Splash-Kids pool with fun water games and an octopus slide, build sandcastles on the sand playground, or spend exciting hours in the beautiful Kidsclub. For active play, there's a large outdoor playground for climbing or football.
In the family area, parents and children can relax together and recharge their batteries. A main pool (heated in winter) is available for all guests. International and local cuisine is offered in the main restaurant with varied buffets. There is also a kids' buffet for the younger guests. A special culinary highlight is a visit to one of the three specialty restaurants: "Nino's" and "Sofra" for lovers of Italian and Oriental cuisine, and "MoMo" for lovers of Asian cuisine (subject to availability and with prior reservation).
Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included at the pools and on the beach.

Superior Double Room

The attractive Superior Double Rooms (DSU) are approx. 42 sqm and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, cosmetic mirror, individually controlled air conditioning, safe, tea/coffee maker, satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony or terrace with garden view.
Also bookable for single occupancy (DEU).

Deluxe Double Room (bookable until 30.04.2026)

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, but larger (DD2, approx. 52 sqm).

Superior Family Room

The Superior Family Rooms (DF2) have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms but are larger (approx. 52 sqm) and feature a living/sleeping area for the children and a separate bedroom for the parents separated by a door.
Also bookable as Superior Family Room Sea Side (FY2) or with Pool View (FUP).

Kattas Family Room Superior

With similar amenities to the Family Rooms, but decorated in the popular Katta style (KWF), these rooms will make children's hearts beat faster. The Katta rooms have 2 rooms with a connecting door to the parents' bedroom and are equipped with a bunk bed for the children.
Also bookable as Kattas Family Room Sea Side (KWS) for a surcharge or as Kattas FZ Superior Pool View (KPW) with pool view.

Deluxe Family Room

The Deluxe Family Rooms (2DF) have the same amenities as the Superior Family Rooms but are even more spacious (63 sqm) and additionally equipped with a cozy seating area.
Also bookable with pool view (FPD), sea view (F2D), or sea side (FXD).

Kattas Deluxe Family Room

With similar amenities to the Deluxe Family Rooms, but decorated in the popular Katta style (KWD), these rooms will make children's hearts beat faster. The Katta rooms are equipped with a bunk bed for the children.

Deluxe Family Room Type A

Katta's Deluxe Family Room Type A (KWA)

All-Inclusive

Breakfast from 7 AM to 10 AM, lunch from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30 PM to 9 PM in buffet form at the main restaurant with a separate children's corner for the little guests and various theme nights. Late riser breakfast from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the pool bar. Dinner at the à la carte restaurant "Sea Horse" (prior reservation required) or Dine Around (1x per stay included) in the Italian or Oriental restaurant (subject to availability and with prior reservation, for a fee).
Afternoon snacks and ice cream for children at the pool and beach bar. Coffee and cake are prepared and served in various variations in the afternoon. The Food Court of Madinat Coraya offers snacks, soft drinks, and desserts on the beach from 12 PM to 4 PM.
A selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is included from 10 AM to 12 AM at the open bar.
Appropriate attire is requested in the restaurants. Gentlemen should wear long trousers and no swim shoes.

Dine Around

Dinner can be taken at one of the à la carte restaurants in Madinat Coraya. Dinner is only possible with prior reservation and is included once per stay.

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished exterior cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and relax with cool drinks from the three bars on board. There is also a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner. From winter 2024/25, the ship will have a small fitness studio, freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on the sun deck on the loungers or cool off in the pool and enjoy the dreamlike view of the landscape along the Nile.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner as a buffet or set menu.
Breakfast includes soft drinks and hot beverages. Lunch and dinner include two soft drinks and a small bottle of water per person.

Suite

The pleasantly furnished suites (S2) are approx. 24 sqm and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or one double bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area, and French balcony.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same amenities as the suites but are larger (approx. 37 sqm). The Royal Suites are located on the middle and upper decks.
In the Royal Suites, the French balcony also includes a small table and two chairs.

Single Suite

The single suites (S1) are approx. 13 sqm and otherwise equipped the same as the suites, but with only one single bed without a seating area.

Economy Suite

The economy suites (S2Z) have the same amenities as the suites but are slightly smaller (approx. 21 sqm) and may not have a French balcony or seating area, but rather a non-opening window.
