Travel information

Combination product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Serenity and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Thursdays. The journey must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay beforehand is mandatory. The next available embarkation will always be selected.

Notice

The travel offer you have selected has a duration of 14 Days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven Days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your day of arrival and the day of embarkation. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon journey to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 3:
Morning after breakfast, visit to the Edfu Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board and journey to Kom Ombo with a visit to the Double Temple (1,2,3).
Continuation to Aswan. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 4:
Morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).

Facilities

The completely renovated 5-star Nile ship has a total of 40 beautiful outside cabins and suites, spread over three decks. All cabins and suites have a balcony. Furthermore, the luxurious ship features a main restaurant, a reception, as well as a lounge bar and a small bazaar. The ship also offers the opportunity to stay fit in the fitness area. The pool on the sun deck invites you to cool off and relax. Enjoy the outdoor pool with a breathtaking view of the Nile. Bath towels are provided to guests free of charge.

Executive Cabin

The Executive cabins (KEX) are approx. 20 m² in size and equipped with a private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, minibar, safe, and a balcony (approx. 2 m²).
The Executive cabins are located on the middle deck and upper deck.

Suite

The suites (S2) are equipped like the Executive cabins, but larger (approx. 27 m²). The beautiful balcony with a view of the Nile is approx. 3 m² and invites you to linger. The suites are located on the main deck, the middle deck, and the upper deck.
Also bookable for single use (S1).

Economy Cabin

With the same amenities as the Executive cabins, but slightly smaller.

Royal Suite

The Royal suites (R2S) are more spacious (approx. 34 m²) with similar furnishing elements as the Executive cabin and are also equipped with a balcony of approx. 4 m². It also features a sofa and two armchairs in the integrated living area.
The Royal suites are located on all three decks.

The JAZ Amara Resort, newly opened in December 2023, is located on a beautiful, gently sloping beach section in the first beach row of the popular bay of Marsa Mares. The bay is particularly known for the settlement of sea turtles and has a house reef that invites you to snorkel and dive. Your holiday domicile is located about 8 kilometers from Marsa Alam airport. Various shopping opportunities with bars and restaurants can be found at the port of Port Ghalib (about 5 kilometers away).

Your holiday resort surprises with a very appealing, elegant design and has been designed very generously. The impressive reception area offers a direct sea view of the resort as well as the bay and has a reception with various seating options as well as a lobby bar. The outdoor area has a large pool landscape that stretches through the property. Seven different pools await you, including a children's pool, a baby pool, as well as a Jacuzzi (partially heatable in winter). Sun loungers and parasols are available to guests free of charge in the pool area as well as at the private beach section; bath and beach towels are already in the rooms. Superior Swim-up Double Room Value Room

The deluxe doubles (DD2) are larger (approx. 56m²) with the same amenities as the superior double rooms and are suitable for families due to the layout (one king-size bed and two sofa beds in the front area). Optionally also bookable with side sea view (DDS), sea view (DM2), or as swim-up (DWU).

The main restaurant “Marasi Restaurant” offers international cuisine for breakfast (07-10 AM), lunch (12:30-14:30 PM), and dinner (19-22 PM) in buffet form. In addition, a late-riser breakfast is available there from 10:30-12 AM. Furthermore, two à-la-carte restaurants are available to guests (reservation required), which are included three times per stay/guest (except Teppanyaki), but thereafter for a fee: “Tao Tao” restaurant with a selection of Asian dishes such as sushi, sashimi, Japanese dishes, or Teppanyaki.
