Travel information

Combination product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Serenity and a beach holiday, including all transfers in between. Accommodation in the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Saturdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay beforehand is mandatory. The earliest possible embarkation will always be used.

Notice

The travel offer you have selected has a duration of 14 Days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always seven Days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon cruise to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Morning after breakfast, visit to Edfu Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board and cruise to Kom Ombo with a visit to the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue cruise to Aswan. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).

Day 5:
Early morning at 3:30 am, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast box is included.

Morning after breakfast, leisure time. You will have a day to relax and enjoy the ship while cruising downstream to Luxor.
Afterwards, opportunity for a sound and light show at the Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked on-site).

At 5 am, balloon trip (optional, can be booked on-site).

Amenities

The completely renovated 5-star Nile ship features a total of 40 beautiful outside cabins and suites spread over three decks. All cabins and suites feature a balcony. Furthermore, the luxurious ship features a main restaurant, a reception, as well as a lounge bar and a small bazaar. The ship also offers the opportunity to stay fit in the fitness area. The pool on the sun deck invites you to cool off and relax. Enjoy the outdoor pool with breathtaking views of the Nile. Bath towels are provided to guests free of charge.

Executive Cabin

The Executive Cabins (KEX) are approx. 20 m² and equipped with a private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, minibar, safe, and a balcony (approx. 2 m²).
The Executive Cabins are located on the middle deck and upper deck.

Suite

The Suites (S2) are equipped like the Executive Cabins, but are larger (approx. 27 m²). The beautiful balcony with a view of the Nile is approx. 3 m² and invites you to linger. The suites are located on the Main Deck, the middle deck, and the upper deck.
Also available for single occupancy (S1).

Saver Cabin

Same amenities as the Executive Cabins, but slightly smaller.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (R2S) are more spacious (approx. 34 m²) with similar features to the Executive Cabin and are also equipped with a balcony of approx. 4 m². It also has a sofa and two armchairs in the integrated living area.
The Royal Suites are located on all three decks.

Location

Situated in a slightly elevated position above the beach bay of Madinat Coraya is the JAZ Lamaya Hotel. The beautiful, intact house reef with corals that partly reach up to the shore offers ideal conditions for snorkeling and diving. The access to the sea is approximately 150 m away from the hotel. A jetty leads directly from the hotel into the water. Numerous shops, bars, and a beautiful promenade are located in the idyllic port town of Port Ghalib. This hotel complex was specifically designed for a relaxing family vacation. The very elegant and spacious resort was built in a Moorish-Oriental style and features a total of 389 rooms, distributed across a main building and several two- and three-story residential buildings. The hotel features a stylish lobby with a reception and seating areas, a main restaurant with a non-smoking zone, a hairdresser, several shops, a bar, and an amphitheater.
