Travel information

Combination package consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Magic I and a beach holiday, including all transfers between the two. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most reasonably priced available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Saturdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay before embarkation is mandatory. The next available embarkation date will always be selected.

Notice

The travel offer you have selected has a duration of 14 Days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven Days according to the program. The pre- and post-cruise stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the day of embarkation. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

1st Day:
Arrival and embarkation. Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
2nd Day:
In the morning at 5 a.m., a hot air balloon ride can be booked (optional, only bookable on site).
Breakfast on board. Afterward, tour of the West Bank including the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3), Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3), and the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3).
Lunch on board. Afterward, continue to Edfu.
Dinner and overnight stay on board.
3rd Day:
Breakfast on board. Afterward, continue to Kom Ombo. Lunch on board.
After arriving in Kom Ombo, the Temple of Kom Ombo can be visited (1,2,3).
Continue toward Aswan. Dinner on board.
Overnight stay in Aswan.
4th Day:
In the morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Afterward, visit to the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon felucca ride on the Nile.

SUNRISE Anjum Resort Grand Select

Location

The newly built SUNRISE Anjum Resort Grand Select, which first opened in April 2024, impresses with its modern bohemian style. The resort is located directly on a beautiful, private lagoon beach, providing perfect conditions for snorkelers and divers. A pier facilitates entry into deeper water. The Marsa Alam airport is approximately 90 kilometers away from the hotel.

The Schauinsland-Reisen original hotel was built in a refined bohemian style and features 203 rooms and suites distributed across several buildings. The complex offers a reception area with seating and an adjoining outdoor terrace. In the outdoor area of the complex, there are five different pools, including a splash pool, an infinity whirlpool, an adult-only pool (Oasis Pool), as well as an island and kid's pool (all pools can be heated in winter). Restaurants include, among others, the Boscage Restaurant (international cuisine, open buffet), the à-la-carte restaurant "Manzoku" (Asian cuisine), and the "Basilico," which operates as an international à-la-carte restaurant until evening and as an Italian à-la-carte restaurant in the evening. All à-la-carte restaurants are included and can be visited daily with a reservation. Snacks are available to guests at the "Indigo Terrace" bar. A total of seven different bars, one of which is adult-only, offer a selection of drinks. Additionally, the vacation resort features a spa area, a fitness studio, a beauty salon, a kids' club, as well as various shops.

Deluxe Beach Front

The rooms (S2U) are approx. 45 m² and, like the double rooms, offer similar amenities plus a terrace. The rooms are in immediate proximity to the beach and feature a bedroom with a queen-size bed as well as a sitting room.

Anjum Jacuzzi Suite Sea View

The Anjum Jacuzzi Suite (S2J) is approx. 80 m² and consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed as well as a sitting room. These rooms feature otherwise similar amenities and additionally include a balcony with a jacuzzi and a view of the sea.

Upon request, the following à-la-carte restaurants are also fully included (subject to availability and with prior reservation): "Basilico" (12:30 p.m.–5 p.m. international cuisine, 7 p.m.–10 p.m. Italian cuisine) as well as "Manzoku," which is open from 6:30 p.m.–10 p.m. and offers Asian cuisine.
