Product information

Combined product of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Boarding is always on Saturdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The next possible boarding date will always be taken.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Visit to the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 am, optional balloon excursion (can be booked locally).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, Karnak Temple, and Luxor Temple (1.2.3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Visit to the West Bank. After breakfast, excursion to West Thebes to Hatshepsut's Temple (1.2.3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1.2.3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1.2.3). Lunch on board.
Late evening departure for Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Further journey from Esna.
Then, proceed to Aswan, where the overnight stay will also take place.
Lunch and dinner, as well as overnight stay on board.
Day 5:
After breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1.2.3).
Then, visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1.2.3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca sailing on the Nile (1.2.3).
Then, opportunity for a visit to a Nubian village with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 6:
You have the opportunity to explore Abu Simbel (2.3). Journey to Kom Ombo with a visit to the double temple (1.2.3). Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 7:
Continue to Esna and visit the Temple of Edfu (1.2.3). Overnight on board.
Day 8:
Arrival in Luxor. Departure.

The ship features a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins spread across several decks. The main restaurant serves delicious dishes for your culinary enjoyment. This is complemented by a cozy lounge bar. A small bazaar invites you to stroll and browse. On the spacious sun deck, there is a large pool and a bar. Beach towels are included on board.

Meals

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served as a buffet. Drinks at a charge.

Occasional evening entertainment with folklore.

Cabins

The tastefully furnished cabins (K2) are approx. 19 sqm and have a bathroom with bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar, and safe.
The cabins can also be booked for single occupancy (K1 or KA1).

Promo Cabins

The promo cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole window.

Single Cabin

With the same furnishings as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 sqm) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

The Equinox Beach Resort is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday. Located directly on the beautiful Red Sea coast, the resort boasts a 400m long sandy beach and a 900m long coral reef, offering the best conditions for exploring the diversity of the colorful underwater world. The diving areas around Marsa Alam are among the most beautiful in the Red Sea, while the kilometer-long coral reefs offer snorkelers a breathtaking view. Entry into the sea is possible via the pier or directly from the beach. The coastal town of Marsa Alam and the small port town of Port Ghalib, with some shopping and entertainment options, are each approximately 35 km away. Marsa Alam Airport is approximately 30 km away.

The Oriental corner, decorated in Nubian style, invites you to linger. For your culinary enjoyment, there is the main restaurant with a beautiful outdoor terrace, offering delicious buffet-style dishes, as well as the Italian à la carte restaurant "Dolce Vita" (for a fee) with breathtaking sea views. The beautifully landscaped outdoor area features two swimming pools (one of which is heated in winter), a children's pool, and a pool bar with a sun terrace for relaxation and unwinding. Also available with sea view (KM2).

Premium Room

The Premium Rooms (P2G) have similar amenities to the double rooms but are larger (approx. 27-34 sqm). The rooms are located on the ground floor, first, or second floor.

Family Room

The Family Rooms (DF2) have the same amenities as the Premium Rooms but can be booked with different occupancy.

The Family Rooms Superior (F2U) have the same amenities as the double rooms and are larger (approx. 50 sqm). The rooms have either a French balcony, a balcony, or a terrace.
