Travel information

Combination package consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most reasonably priced available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Saturdays. The journey must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay beforehand is mandatory. The earliest possible embarkation will always be selected.

Notice

The travel offer you have chosen has a duration of 14 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your day of arrival and the day of embarkation. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3) Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Sightseeing on the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 a.m., excursion by balloon (optional, can be booked on site).
Breakfast, sightseeing of the East Bank, the Karnak and Luxor Temples (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 3:

Late evening journey to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.

Economy cabins

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins, but are located on the lower decks and feature a small round window.

Single occupancy cabin

With the same equipment as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 m²) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

The JAZ Lamaya hotel is situated in a slightly elevated position above the beach bay of Madinat Coraya. The beautiful, intact house reef with corals that partly reach the shore offers ideal conditions for snorkeling and diving. Access to the sea is approx. 150 m from the hotel. A jetty leads into the water directly at the hotel. Numerous shops, bars, and a beautiful promenade are located in the idyllic harbor town of Port Ghalib. The distance to Port Ghalib as well as to Marsa Alam airport is about 8 km.

Facilities

This hotel complex was specifically designed for relaxing family holidays. The very elegant and spacious resort was built in a Moorish-oriental style and has a total of 389 rooms, distributed across a main building and several two- and three-story residential buildings. The hotel features a stylish lobby with reception and seating areas, a main restaurant with a non-smoking zone, a hairdresser, several shops, a bar, and an amphitheater. In the expansive outdoor area, you will find a generously laid-out pool landscape with four swimming pools (three of which can be heated in winter), a separate children's pool (can be heated in winter), a hangout area, and a beach/pool bar, as well as a new food court on the beach with snacks, drinks, and desserts. Bath towels, sun loungers, and parasols are available free of charge at the hotel's own beach and at the pools.
