Travel information

Combined product of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Boarding is always on Thursdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The next available boarding will always be taken.

Notice

The travel offer you have selected has a duration of 14 Days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on board the ship always lasts for seven days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the boarding day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. In the afternoon, visit the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Visit to the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 am, optional balloon excursion (can be booked on site).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Visit to the West Bank. In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening drive to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 4:
Further journey from Esna.
Then, continue to Aswan, where the overnight stay will also take place.

In the morning, after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).

Then, opportunity for a visit to a Nubian village with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).

The saver cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins, but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole window.

Single Cabin

With the same amenities as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 sqm) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

Located in the beautiful bay of Marsa Mubarak, the Iberotel Costa Mares hotel belongs to the renowned JAZ Hotel Group. The coral reef in front offers a fascinating underwater world for divers and snorkelers. It is one of the best-known spots for diving with dugongs and turtles.
The nearest town with a beautiful marina and various shopping and entertainment options is about 5 km away. The distance to Marsa Alam Airport is only about 8 km.

Facilities

The modern hotel complex (from winter 2025/2026 adults only from 16 years old!) has a total of 208 rooms spread across the main building and annexes. The stylish hotel is equipped with a modern reception hall, a fitness studio, various shops, and a spa area. For culinary delights, there is a buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace and two à la carte restaurants. The "Anchor" offers Italian specialties, and the "Sands" is located on the beach and offers international cuisine (with a minimum stay of 7 nights, both restaurants are included once a week - subject to availability - reservation required) as well as several bars.
