Travel information

Package product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday including all inter-hotel transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Thursdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The next possible embarkation date will always be selected.

Notice

The travel offer you have chosen has a duration of 14 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. The preliminary and subsequent stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Itinerary:
Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Tour of the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 a.m. hot air balloon excursion (optional, can be booked on-site).
Breakfast, tour of the East Bank, the Karnak and Luxor Temples (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Tour of the West Bank. In the morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening departure to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 4:
Continue from Esna.
Then continue to Aswan, where the overnight stay also takes place.
Lunch, dinner, and overnight stay on board.
Day 5:
Morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Afterwards, visit to the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then opportunity to visit a Nubian village with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).
Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 6:
You have the opportunity to explore Abu Simbel (2,3). Departure to Kom Ombo with a visit to the Double Temple (1,2,3). Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 7:
Continue to Esna and visit the Edfu Temple (1,2,3). Overnight stay on board.

Arrival in Luxor. Departure.

The ship features a welcoming reception area and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins, spread over several decks. The main restaurant provides delicious meals. The range of amenities is complemented by a cozy lounge bar. A small bazaar invites you to stroll and browse. On the spacious sun deck, there is a large pool and a bar. Bath towels are included on board.

The tastefully furnished cabins (K2) are approx. 19 m² in size and feature a bathroom with bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar, and safe.

Economy cabins

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins but are located on the lower decks and feature a small porthole.

Cabin single occupancy

Same equipment as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 m²) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

Location

The JAZ Solaya is located in the beautiful Madinat Coraya in Marsa Alam. The region is one of the most beautiful on the Red Sea coast. Madinat Coraya Bay is a fantastic holiday destination that offers ideal conditions for diving and snorkeling enthusiasts. The underwater world is home to countless rare fish species. Madinat Coraya has one of the few bays on the coast that provides easy access to the water. In the beautiful harbor town of Port Ghalib, which is approx. 8 km away, the promenade with its restaurants, bars, and shops invites you to stroll around. The hotel complex is approx. 5 km from Marsa Alam Airport and approx. 70 km from Marsa Alam center.

Facilities

The beautiful hotel has 307 comfortably furnished rooms and offers a spacious lobby with reception. Two buffet restaurants and three à-la-carte restaurants, as well as a snack bar, take care of guests' culinary needs. There are also several shops on the complex. The beautifully designed and well-maintained outdoor area features three swimming pools (two of which are heated) and a children's pool. Enjoy pure relaxation in the specially designed chill-out area with attractive and comfortable Bali beds. Here you can unwind and leave all the stress of everyday life behind.
