Morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon sailing to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Morning continuation to Kom Ombo.

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modern, elegantly furnished exterior cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and stylish, featuring a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and refresh yourself with cool drinks from the three bars on board. Additionally, a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are available. Starting from winter 2024/25, the ship will feature a small fitness studio, freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, relax on sun loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool while enjoying the breathtaking views of the landscape along the Nile.

The brightly decorated suites (S2) are approximately 24 m² and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or one double bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area, and a French balcony.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same amenities as the suites but are larger (approx. 37 m²). The Royal Suites are located on the middle and upper decks.
The Royal Suites also have a small table and two chairs on the balcony.

Single Suites

The single suites (S1) are approximately 13 m² and otherwise have the same amenities as the suites, but with only one single bed and no seating area.

Economy Suite

The economy suites (S2Z) are slightly smaller (approx. 21 m²) than the suites with otherwise the same amenities, and may not have a French balcony and a seating area, but rather a non-opening window.

The True Beach Resort, consisting of the sub-areas "True Beach Resort" (bookable under RMF333, completely renovated) and True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), first opened its doors in December 2023. The complex, designed in an Arab Boho style, is located south of Marsa Alam on a stunning stretch of coastline with a bay in front of it featuring crystal-clear water, directly on the beach. Offshore corals invite snorkeling. Marsa Alam Airport is approximately 90 kilometers from the hotel.

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel was built in an elegant Bohemian style, combined with modern Arabic accents, offering a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star resort consists of two sections: the "True Beach Resort," particularly suitable for families, and the "True Beach Village" as an adults-only area, bookable for guests aged 16 and above. The complex offers a total of 158 rooms across both sections, featuring a spacious lobby with a reception and the "True Lobby Bar" with indoor and outdoor seating (located in the Resort). On the first floor of the lobby is the rooftop bar "Sama Bar." The Village area of the resort (adults-only) is surrounded by a generous water landscape with 4 main pools that run through the entire complex and also serve as the pools for the swim-up rooms, as well as an infinity pool overlooking the crystal-clear bay (all pools are heated). In the middle of the pool landscape, you'll find the "Scarab Bar" pool bar, the oriental restaurant "El Tawla," and a chaise lounge. Guests of the Village area also have access to the Greek restaurant "ILIOS" and the Asian restaurant "NORI," both located on the beach. Additional bars at the beach include "ILIOS Bar" and "Salt Bar." Furthermore, guests of the Village area can also use the main restaurant "El Manzil" and the fish restaurant "Ritsa" (both located in the Resort area). The Resort area has two large pools and a jacuzzi integrated into the main pool (main pool heated in winter). An island in the main pool, accessible via a wooden bridge, offers chill-out areas with loungers and beanbags for all ages. The resort also features the "Maya" pool bar, a theater offering various entertainment programs in the evening, as well as various shops, a hairdresser, and a spa area. With the same amenities as the 2SU, these rooms (W2Q) are located on the beach and offer direct access to the swim-up pool (heated) and direct sea view.
