Location

The True Beach Resort, consisting of the sub-areas "True Beach Resort" (bookable under RMF333, completely renovated) and True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), opened its doors for the first time in December 2023. The complex, designed in an Arab Boho style, is located south of Marsa Alam and is situated on a dreamlike stretch of coastline with a bay in front featuring crystal-clear water, right on the beach. Coral reefs in front invite snorkeling. Marsa Alam Airport is approximately 90 kilometers from the hotel.

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel was built in an elegant Bohemian style, combined with modern Arabic accents, offering a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star complex consists of two sub-areas, the "True Beach Resort," which is particularly suitable for families, and the "True Beach Village" as an adults-only area, bookable for ages 16 and over. The complex has a total of 158 rooms, distributed across both sub-areas, and offers a spacious reception area with a reception desk and a lobby bar "True Lobby Bar" with seating inside and outside (located in the resort). On the first floor of the lobby, there is a rooftop bar "Sama Bar." The Village area of the resort (adults-only) is surrounded by a spacious water landscape and offers a total of 4 different main pools that run through the entire complex and are also the pools for the swim-up rooms, as well as an infinity pool with a view of the crystal-clear bay (all pools are heated). In the middle of the pool landscape, you will find the pool bar "Scarab Bar" as well as the oriental restaurant "El Tawla" and a chaise lounge. Guests of the Village section also have access to the Greek restaurant "ILIOS" and the Asian restaurant "NORI," both located on the beach. On the beach, guests can also find the bars "ILIOS Bar" and "Salt Bar." Furthermore, guests of the Village section have access to the main restaurant "El Manzil" and the seafood restaurant "Ritsa" (both located in the resort area). The resort area has two spacious pools and a whirlpool integrated into the main pool (main pool heated in winter). An island in the main pool, accessible via a wooden bridge, offers chill-out areas with loungers and beanbags for all ages. The complex also features the pool bar "Maya," a theater that offers various entertainment programs in the evening, as well as several shops, a hairdresser, and a spa area. Guests of the Village section may use both areas, but not vice versa. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included at the pool and on the beach.

Main restaurant "El Manzil" in buffet style in the resort area for breakfast (7-10 AM, times may vary by season), late riser's breakfast (10-11 AM, times may vary by season), lunch (12:30-2:30 PM, times may vary by season) and dinner (6:30-9:30 PM Winter Season, 7-10 PM Summer Season).
Alternatively, à la carte breakfast is available daily in the Village area (adult only) at the Greek restaurant.
Snacks are offered from 10:30 AM to 5 PM outdoors. Tea time from 3-4 PM with cakes and pastries in the lobby bar. Combined product of a Nile cruise on the MS Kleos and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel is always in the cheapest available room category. Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
At 5 AM, a hot air balloon ride is possible (optional, bookable on site).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon sailing to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.

Morning sailing to Kom Ombo.

The MS Kleos has a total of 67 cabins spread across three decks. On the middle deck, you will find an impressive and generously designed reception area with seating and a small bazaar. The main restaurant on the Nile Deck offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style. Two bars provide refreshing drinks, one on the third deck (Lounge Bar) and the other on the sun deck. The sun deck also offers ample loungers for relaxation and a generously designed pool with two integrated whirlpools.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner as a buffet. Drinks at a charge.

Entertainment

Occasional evening entertainment with belly dancers, Galabeya parties, folklore shows, and a nightly disco.
