Combination product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday, including all transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always in the most reasonably priced available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the arrival flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and the Nile cruise follows, the return flight must be from Luxor.

Notice

The travel package you have selected lasts for 10 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon trip to Edfu. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 3:
Morning cruise to Kom Ombo.

Facilities

The MS Nile Excellence features a total of 30 modern outside cabins distributed across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and has a reception desk. Let yourself be pampered in the main restaurant and enjoy cool drinks served by the three bars on board. Furthermore, a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are available. Starting winter 2024/25, the ship features a small fitness studio, which is freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your holiday perfect, you can relax on the loungers on the sundeck or cool off in the pool and enjoy the fantastic view of the landscape along the Nile.

Suite

The friendly furnished suites (S2) are approx. 24 m² and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or one double bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area, and French balcony.
Also bookable for single use (1SA).

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same features as the suites but are larger (approx. 37 m²). The Royal Suites are located on the middle and upper deck.
In the Royal Suites, the balcony also includes a small table and two chairs.

Single suites

The single suites (S1) are approx. 13 m² and otherwise have the same features as the suites, but with only one single bed and no seating area.

Economy Suite

The economy suites (S2Z) are somewhat smaller (approx. 21 m²) while otherwise having the same features as the suites and possibly without a French balcony and without a seating area, but with a non-opening window.

The True Beach Resort, which consists of the sub-areas "True Beach Resort" (bookable under RMF333, completely renovated) and the True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), opened its doors for the first time in December 2023. The resort, designed in an Arabic boho style, is located south of Marsa Alam on a beautiful stretch of coastline with an offshore bay with crystal-clear water on the beachfront. Offshore corals invite you to snorkel (bathing shoes recommended). Marsa Alam airport is about 90 kilometers from the hotel.

Facilities

The Schauinsland-Reisen Original hotel was built in a classy Bohemian style paired with modern Arabic accents and thus offers a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star complex consists of two areas, the "True Beach Resort," which is particularly suitable for families, and the "True Beach Village" (bookable under RMF444) as an adult-only area, which is bookable from 16 years of age. The complex has a total of 158 rooms, which are distributed between both areas, and offers a spacious reception area with reception as well as a lobby bar "True Lobby Bar" with seating in both indoor and outdoor areas. The resort area has two spacious pools as well as a whirlpool integrated into the main pool (one of which can be heated in winter). An island in the main pool, accessible via a wooden bridge, offers chill-out areas with loungers and beanbags for all ages. A children's pool and a children's splash pool with various water games are located next to the miniclub and the adjoining playground with a sun sail. The main restaurant "El Manzil" offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form, and in addition, the fish restaurant "Ritsa" located on the beach is included once per stay. The three à la carte restaurants "El Tawla" (oriental), "NORI" (Asian-fusion), and "ILIOS" (Greek) are located in the village area and are for a fee (adult only, reservation required). Furthermore, the complex has a pool bar "Maya", a rooftop bar "Sama Bar" (shisha available, for a fee), a theater that offers various entertainment programs in the evening, a beach bar, as well as various shops, a hairdresser, and a spa area. The village area is surrounded by a spacious water landscape and offers a total of 4 different main pools that lead through the entire complex, as well as an infinity pool that offers a view of the crystal-clear bay (all pools are heated). In the middle of the pool landscape, a pool bar "Scarab Bar" awaits you, as well as the oriental restaurant "El Tawla" and a chaise lounge. Two other bars, "Salt Bar" and "ILIOS" bar directly on the beach, are available in the village area. Guests of the village area may use both areas, but not vice versa. Sun loungers, parasols, and pool towels are included at the pool and beach.
