Combined package of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the most affordable available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and then the Nile cruise, the return flight must be from Luxor.

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outward-facing cabins distributed across several decks. The main restaurant with delicious dishes caters to your culinary needs. The tastefully furnished cabins (K2) are approximately 19 m² and have a bathroom with bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar, and safe.

Economy Cabins

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole window.

Single Occupancy Cabin

With the same amenities as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 m²) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

True Beach Resort

The True Beach Resort, consisting of the "True Beach Resort" (bookable under RMF333, completely renovated) and the True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), first opened its doors in December 2023. The complex, designed in an Arabic boho style, is located south of Marsa Alam on a fantastic stretch of coastline with a bay in front featuring crystal-clear water, directly on the beach. Coral reefs in front invite snorkeling (swimming shoes recommended). Marsa Alam airport is approximately 90 kilometers from the hotel.

Facilities

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel is built in an elegant Bohemian style combined with modern Arabic accents, offering a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star resort consists of two sections, the "True Beach Resort," which is particularly suitable for families, and the "True Beach Village" (bookable under RMF444) as an adults-only area, bookable for ages 16 and up. The resort has a total of 158 rooms spread across both sections and offers a spacious reception area with a reception desk and a lobby bar "True Lobby Bar" with seating areas both indoors and outdoors. The resort area features two spacious pools and a whirlpool integrated into the main pool (one of which is heated in winter). An island in the main pool, accessible via a wooden bridge, offers chillout areas with loungers and beanbags for all ages. A children's pool and a children's splash pool with various water games are located next to the mini club and the adjacent playground with a sunshade. The main restaurant "El Manzil" offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet-style; in addition, the beachfront fish restaurant "Ritsa" is included once per stay. The three à la carte restaurants "El Tawla" (oriental), "NORI" (asian fusion), and "ILIOS" (Greek) are located in the Village area and are available for a fee (adults only, reservation required). Furthermore, the resort has a pool bar "Maya," a rooftop bar "Sama Bar" (shisha available, for a fee), a theater offering various evening entertainment programs, a beach bar, and various shops, a hairdresser, and a spa area. The Village area is surrounded by a generous water landscape and offers a total of 4 different main pools that run through the entire complex, as well as an infinity pool offering views of the crystal-clear bay (all pools are heated). In the middle of the pool landscape, you'll find a pool bar "Scarab Bar" and the oriental restaurant "El Tawla" and a chaise lounge. Two further bars, "Salt Bar" and "ILIOS" Bar, are located directly on the beach in the Village area. Guests of the Village area can use both sections, but not vice versa. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included at the pool and on the beach.

The pleasantly furnished Superior Double Rooms (DSU) feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, minibar (filled with 4 soft drinks and 2 small bottles of water on arrival, water refilled daily), kettle and safe, seating area and terrace, and are approximately 47 m² in size. Also available as type I (DSI) with the same amenities, limited availability, and special price. Optionally bookable for single occupancy (DEU). Upgrade Superior Double Room Sea View

In addition to the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms with Sea View, the room (UMB) offers the following:

Snacks are available at the pool bar from 11:30 am to 5 pm. From 3-4 pm, tea time with cake and pastries is served in the resort area's lobby bar. Once per stay, the seafood à la carte restaurant "Ritsa" is included (reservation required, depending on occupancy, the restaurant may not be open daily).
