Location

The True Beach Resort, consisting of the sections "True Beach Resort" (bookable under RMF333, fully renovated) and True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), first opened its doors in December 2023. The complex, designed in an Arabian boho style, is located south of Marsa Alam on a fantastic stretch of coastline with a bay in front with crystal-clear water, directly on the beach. Coral reefs offshore invite snorkeling (swimming shoes recommended). Marsa Alam Airport is about 90 kilometers from the hotel.

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel was built in an elegant Bohemian style, combined with modern Arabic accents, offering a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star complex consists of two sections, the "True Beach Resort," which is particularly suitable for families, and the "True Beach Village" (bookable under RMF444) as an Adult-Only area, available for ages 16 and up. The complex has a total of 158 rooms distributed across both areas, and offers a spacious reception area with a reception desk and a lobby bar "True Lobby Bar" with seating inside and outside. The resort area has two spacious pools and a whirlpool integrated into the main pool (one of which is heated in winter). An island in the main pool, accessible by a wooden bridge, offers chill-out areas with loungers and beanbags for all ages. A children's pool and a kids' splash pool with various water features are located next to the mini club and the adjacent playground with a sunshade. The main restaurant "El Manzil" offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet-style. Additionally, the seafood restaurant "Ritsa" located on the beach is included once per stay. The three à la carte restaurants "El Tawla" (Oriental), "NORI" (Asian Fusion), and "ILIOS" (Greek) are located in the Village area and are available for a fee (Adult only, reservation required). The complex also features a pool bar "Maya," a rooftop bar "Sama Bar" (shisha available, for a fee), a theater offering various entertainment programs in the evening, a beach bar, and various shops, a hairdresser, and a spa area. The Village area is surrounded by a generous water landscape and offers a total of 4 different main pools that run through the entire complex, as well as an infinity pool with a view of the crystal-clear bay (all pools are heated). In the middle of the pool landscape, you will find a pool bar "Scarab Bar," the oriental restaurant "El Tawla," and a chaise lounge. Two further bars, "Salt Bar" and "ILIOS" Bar, are directly on the beach in the Village area. Guests of the Village area can use both sections, but not vice versa. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach.

Double Room Superior Seafront

The Double Superior Seafront rooms (RF2) have a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, minibar (filled on arrival with 4 soft drinks and 2 small bottles of water, water is refilled daily), kettle and safe, seating area and terrace or balcony, and are approx. 47 m² in size. Main restaurant "El Manzil" buffet style in the resort area for breakfast (7 AM - 10 AM, times may vary depending on season), late riser breakfast (10 AM - 11 AM, times may vary depending on season), lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM, times may vary depending on season) and dinner (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM Winter Season, 7 PM - 10 PM Summer Season). From 11:30 AM to 5 PM, snacks are available at the pool bar. From 3 PM to 4 PM, there is a tea time with cake and pastries in the resort area's lobby bar. to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Temple of Habu (1,2,3).
Then continue to Kom Ombo.
