Location

The True Beach Resort, consisting of the "True Beach Resort" (bookable under RMF333, completely renovated) and the True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), first opened its doors in December 2023. The complex, designed in an Arabic boho style, is located south of Marsa Alam on a dreamlike stretch of coast with a bay in front with crystal-clear water in the first row to the beach. Coral reefs offshore invite snorkeling (swim shoes recommended). Marsa Alam Airport is about 90 kilometers from the hotel.

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel was built in an elegant Bohemian style, combined with modern Arabic accents, offering a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star resort consists of two parts, the "True Beach Resort", which is particularly suitable for families, and the "True Beach Village" (bookable under RMF444) as an Adult-Only area, which can be booked for ages 16 and over. The complex has a total of 158 rooms, distributed between both parts, and offers a spacious reception area with a reception desk and a lobby bar "True Lobby Bar" with seating inside and outside. The resort area has two generous pools and a whirlpool integrated into the main pool (one of which is heated in winter). An island in the main pool, accessible via a wooden bridge, offers chill-out areas with loungers and beanbags for young and old. A children's pool and a children's splash pool with various water games are located next to the mini club and the adjacent playground with a sunshade. The main restaurant "El Manzil" offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style, and the seafood restaurant "Ritsa" located on the beach is also included once per stay. The three à la carte restaurants "El Tawla" (oriental), "NORI" (asian-fusion), and "ILIOS" (Greek) are located in the Village area and are available for a fee (Adult only, reservation required). Furthermore, the complex has a pool bar "Maya", a rooftop bar "Sama Bar" (shisha available, for a fee), a theater that offers various entertainment programs in the evening, a beach bar, and various shops, a hairdresser, and a spa area. The Village area is surrounded by a generous water landscape and offers a total of 4 different main pools that run through the entire complex, as well as an infinity pool offering a view of the crystal-clear bay (all pools are heated). In the middle of the pool landscape, a pool bar "Scarab Bar" awaits you, as well as the oriental restaurant "El Tawla" and a chaise lounge. Two more bars, "Salt Bar" and "ILIOS" Bar, are available directly on the beach in the Village area. Guests of the Village area may use both parts, but not vice versa. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included at the pool and on the beach.

Superior Double Room Seafront

The Superior Double Rooms Seafront (RF2) have a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, minibar (filled with 4 soft drinks and 2 small bottles of water upon arrival, water is refilled daily), kettle and safe, seating area and terrace or balcony, and are approx. 47 m² in size. Main restaurant "El Manzil" buffet style in the resort area for breakfast (7-10 am, times may vary depending on season), late risers breakfast (10-11 am, times may vary depending on season), lunch (12:30-2:30 pm, times may vary depending on season) and dinner (6:30-9:30 pm winter season, 7-10 pm summer season). Snacks are available at the pool bar from 11:30 am to 5 pm. From 3 pm to 4 pm, tea time with cake and pastries is served in the lobby bar of the resort area. Once per stay, the seafood à la carte restaurant "Ritsa" is included (reservation required, depending on occupancy, the restaurant may not be open daily). Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A hot air balloon ride is possible at 5 am (optional, can be booked locally).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
In the morning, continue sailing to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board and visit to the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.

The MS Kleos has a total of 67 cabins spread across three decks. On the middle deck, you will find an impressive and generously designed reception area with seating and a small bazaar. The main restaurant on the Nile Deck offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style. Two bars provide refreshing drinks, one on the third deck (Lounge Bar) and the other on the sun deck. The sun deck also offers plenty of loungers for relaxation, as well as a generously designed pool with two integrated whirlpools.

Entertainment

Occasional evening entertainment with belly dancers, Galabeya parties, folklore shows, and a nightclub.
