Travel information

Combined product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most reasonably priced available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the outbound flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first followed by the Nile cruise, the return flight must be from Luxor.

Notice

The travel package you have chosen has a duration of 12 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always provided for seven days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins but are located on the lower decks and feature a small round window.

The True Beach Resort, which consists of the sub-areas "True Beach Resort" (bookable under RMF333, completely renovated) and the True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), opened its doors for the first time in December 2023. Designed in an Arabian boho style, the resort is located south of Marsa Alam and lies on a stunning stretch of coast with a sheltered bay with crystal-clear water on the first beach line. Offshore corals invite you to go snorkeling (water shoes recommended). Marsa Alam airport is approximately 90 kilometers from the hotel.

Facilities

This Schauinsland-Reisen Original Hotel was built in an elegant bohemian style, combined with modern Arabian accents, offering a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star resort consists of two sub-areas, the "True Beach Resort", which is particularly suitable for families, and the "True Beach Village" (bookable under RMF444) as an adult-only area, which is bookable from 16 years of age. The resort features a total of 158 rooms distributed across both sub-areas and offers a spacious reception area as well as a "True Lobby Bar" with indoor and outdoor seating. The resort area has two spacious pools as well as a whirlpool integrated into the main pool (one of which is heated in winter). An island in the main pool, accessible via a wooden bridge, offers chill-out areas for young and old with loungers and beanbags. A children's pool and a children's splash pool with various water features are located next to the miniclub and the adjacent playground with sun sails. The main restaurant "El Manzil" offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form; in addition, the fish restaurant "Ritsa" located on the beach is included once per stay. The three à-la-carte restaurants "El Tawla" (oriental), "NORI" (Asian fusion), and "ILIOS" (Greek) are located in the Village area and are available for a fee (adults only, reservation required). Furthermore, the resort features a pool bar "Maya", a rooftop bar "Sama Bar" (shisha available, for a fee), a theater that offers various evening entertainment programs, a beach bar, as well as various shops, a hairdresser, and a spa area. The village area is surrounded by a spacious water landscape and offers a total of 4 different main pools that run through the entire area, as well as an infinity pool offering a view of the crystal-clear bay (all pools are heated). In the middle of the pool landscape, you will find a "Scarab Bar" pool bar as well as the oriental restaurant "El Tawla" and a chaise lounge. Two further bars, "Salt Bar" and "ILIOS" bar directly on the beach, are available in the Village area. Guests of the Village area may use both sub-areas, but not vice versa. The comfortably furnished Double Rooms Superior (DSU) feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, minibar (filled upon arrival with 4 soft drinks and 2 small bottles of water, water is refilled daily), kettle, and safe, seating area and terrace, and are approx. 47 m² in size. Upgrade double room Superior sea view

The room (UMB) features the same amenities as the Double Room Superior Sea View, plus the following extras:
