Lage

The True Beach Resort, consisting of the sub-sections "True Beach Resort" (bookable under RMF333, completely renovated) and True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), first opened its doors in December 2023. The complex, designed in an Arab bohemian style, is located south of Marsa Alam on a dreamlike stretch of coast with a bay with crystal-clear water in the first row of the beach. Offshore coral reefs invite snorkeling (bathing shoes recommended). Marsa Alam Airport is about 90 kilometers from the hotel.

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel was built in an elegant Bohemian style, combined with modern Arab accents, offering a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star resort consists of two sub-sections, the "True Beach Resort", which is particularly suitable for families, and the "True Beach Village" (bookable under RMF444) as an Adult-Only area, bookable for ages 16 and up. The resort has a total of 158 rooms spread across both sub-sections, and offers a spacious reception area with a reception desk and a lobby bar “True Lobby Bar” with seating indoors and outdoors. The resort area has two spacious pools and a whirlpool integrated into the main pool (one of which is heated in winter). An island in the main pool, accessible via a wooden bridge, offers chill-out areas with loungers and beanbags for all ages. A children's pool and a children's splash pool with various water games are located next to the kids' club and the adjacent playground with a sunshade. The main restaurant “El Manzil” offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style, and the fish restaurant “Ritsa” located on the beach is also included once per stay. The three à la carte restaurants “El Tawla” (oriental), “NORI” (Asian fusion), and “ILIOS” (Greek) are located in the Village area and are available for a fee (Adult only, reservation required). Furthermore, the resort has a pool bar “Maya”, a rooftop bar “Sama Bar” (shisha available, for a fee), a theater offering various entertainment programs in the evening, a beach bar, and various shops, a hairdresser, and a spa area. The Village area is surrounded by a spacious water landscape and offers a total of 4 main pools that run through the entire complex, as well as an infinity pool offering views of the crystal-clear bay (all pools are heated). In the middle of the pool landscape, you will find a pool bar “Scarab Bar” as well as the oriental restaurant “El Tawla” and a chaise lounge. Two further bars “Salt Bar” and “ILIOS” Bar directly on the beach are available in the Village area. Guests of the Village area may use both sub-sections, but not vice versa. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included at the pool and on the beach.

Superior Double Room Seafront

The Superior Double Rooms Seafront (RF2) have a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, minibar (filled upon arrival with 4 soft drinks and 2 small bottles of water, water refilled daily), kettle and safe, seating area, and terrace or balcony, and are approx. 47 sqm. The rooms are located in the buildings on the beach and have pool and side sea views.

Family Room

The Family Rooms (DF2) have a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, minibar (filled upon arrival with 4 soft drinks and 2 small bottles of water, water refilled daily), kettle and safe, seating area, and balcony or terrace, and are approx. 47 sqm. Main restaurant "El Manzil" in buffet style in the resort area for breakfast (7-10 am, times may vary by season), late risers' breakfast (10-11 am, times may vary by season), lunch (12:30-2:30 pm, times may vary by season), and dinner (6:30-9:30 pm winter season, 7-10 pm summer season). From 11:30 am to 5 pm, snacks are available to guests at the pool bar. From 3 pm to 4 pm, tea time with cake and pastries in the resort area lobby bar. Once per stay, the seafood à la carte restaurant "Ritsa" is included (reservation required, depending on occupancy, the restaurant may not be open daily). Upon request, the following à la carte restaurants in the Village area can be visited for a fee (reservation required): Greek restaurant "ILIOS", Oriental restaurant "El Tawla", and Asian fusion restaurant "NORI" (depending on the day of the week, two of the restaurants are open, from 7 pm to 10 pm, opening hours may vary by season). Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A hot air balloon ride is possible at 5 am (optional, can be booked locally).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to Hatshepsut's Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Continue sailing to Kom Ombo in the morning.
Lunch on board and visit to the Double Temple (1,2,3).

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished exterior cabins spread over several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and has a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and relax with cool drinks from the three bars on board. There is also a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner. As of Winter 2024/25, the ship has a small fitness studio, which is freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool and enjoy the fantastic view of the landscape along the Nile.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same amenities as the suites but are larger (approx. 37 sqm). The Royal Suites are located on the middle and upper decks.
In the Royal Suites, the French balcony also includes a small table and two chairs.

Single Suite

The Single Suites (S1) are approx. 13 sqm and otherwise equipped like the suites, but with only a single bed without a seating area.

Economy Suite

The Economy Suites (S2Z) are somewhat smaller (approx. 21 sqm) with otherwise the same amenities as the suites and may be without a French balcony and seating area, but with a non-opening window.
