The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished exterior cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and savor cool drinks served by the three bars on board. Additionally, a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are available. From Winter 2024/25, the ship will feature a small fitness studio, freely accessible to all guests on board. Combined product of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation at the hotel will always be in the most affordable available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the inbound flight must be to Luxor. Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A hot air balloon ride is possible at 5 AM (optional, bookable on-site).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon sailing to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Morning sailing to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board and visit to the Double Temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).

JAZ Elite Amara Resort

Location

The JAZ Amara Resort, newly opened in December 2023, is located on a beautiful, gently sloping stretch of beach in the prime beachfront location of the popular Marsa Mares bay. The bay is particularly known for the presence of turtles and has a house reef that invites snorkeling and diving. Your holiday destination is located about 8 kilometers from Marsa Alam Airport. Various shopping facilities with bars and restaurants can be found at the harbor of Port Ghalib (approximately 5 kilometers away).

Facilities

The stylishly constructed hotel complex comprises a total of 272 rooms and suites spread throughout the resort. These include various Superior and Deluxe rooms, Suites, and Swim-Up rooms. Your holiday resort impresses with a very appealing, elegant design and a generously conceived layout. The impressive reception area offers a direct sea view of the resort and the bay, and features a reception with various seating areas as well as a lobby bar. The outdoor area boasts a large pool landscape that winds through the complex. You will find seven different pools, including a children's pool, a baby pool, and a Jacuzzi (partially heated in winter). Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge for guests in the pool area and at the private beach section; bath and beach towels are already provided in the rooms. Furthermore, the complex includes a spacious gym on the first floor with a panoramic view of the bay and the pool landscape. Adjacent to it is the hotel's Mivida Spa (for a fee). A main restaurant, two à la carte restaurants, and various bars are at your disposal.

Superior Double Room

The cheerfully furnished Superior Double Rooms (DSU, approx. 51m²) feature a walk-in shower/WC, individually adjustable air conditioning, minibar, and telephone (each for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), LED TV, and a minibar. The rooms are equipped with either a king-size bed or two single beds. Additionally, there is a tea and coffee station in the room. The rooms have a terrace or a balcony. Also bookable with pool view (DSP), side sea view (DSS), and sea view (DMU). Also available for single occupancy.

Superior Double Room Guaranteed Top Floor Sea View

The newly bookable Schauinsland-Reisen Original rooms (MSA) are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms and offer sea views. The rooms are guaranteed to be on the top floor of the hotel, providing a breathtaking view of the Red Sea.

Premium Swim-up Double Room

The Premium Swim-up Double Rooms (DWP) are bookable as Schauinsland-Reisen Original rooms and have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, but with direct access to the shared pool and sun loungers on the terrace. The rooms also offer the following exclusive amenities:
- Fruit basket upon arrival in the rooms
- VIP treatment upon arrival: coffee/tea maker in the room, plus 2 bathrobes, various snacks such as apples, berries, chocolate, macarons, nuts, and assorted Arabic pastries.
- Use of the à la carte restaurants is included once more (Teppanyaki restaurant is excluded; in all other rooms, the à la carte restaurants are included only once).

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe Double Rooms (DD2) have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms but are larger (approx. 56m²) and, due to their layout (one king-size bed and two sofa beds in the front area), are suitable for families. Executive Suite

The Executive Suites (2SU) are spacious (approx. 150m²) and feature a walk-in shower/WC, individually adjustable air conditioning, minibar, and telephone (each for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), LED TV, minibar, and a coffee/tea maker. Furthermore, the Executive Suites have a living/dining area. The suites have a large balcony with a private pool.

The Royal Suites (RS) are 153m² and, with the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, feature a king-size bed and a dining area. Additionally, the rooms have a spacious terrace with access to a private pool (heated in winter) and direct sea views.

Superior Double Room Premium (RMFA45)

With otherwise the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these are slightly more spacious (SPU/SPE).

The main restaurant "Marasi Restaurant" offers international cuisine for breakfast (7-10 AM), lunch (12:30-2:30 PM), and dinner (7-10 PM) in buffet style. Additionally, a late riser's breakfast is available from 10:30 AM to 12 PM. The resort also features two à la carte restaurants (reservations required), which are included three times per stay/guest (except for Teppanyaki) but are then subject to a charge: "Tao Tao" restaurant with a selection of Asian dishes including sushi, sashimi, Japanese dishes, or teppanyaki. The "Bay View" à la carte restaurant offers Mediterranean fine dining cuisine. Tea time is available from 12:30 PM to 5 PM.
