Located in the beautiful bay of Marsa Mubarak, the Iberotel Costa Mares hotel belongs to the renowned Jaz Hotel Group. The coral reef in front of the hotel offers a fascinating underwater world for divers and snorkelers. It is one of the most famous spots for diving with dugongs and turtles.
The nearest town with a beautiful marina and various shopping and entertainment options is about 5 km away. The distance to Marsa Alam Airport is only about 8 km.

The modern hotel complex (from Winter 2025/2026, Adults only from 16 years!) has a total of 208 rooms distributed in the main building and outbuildings. The stylish hotel is equipped with a modern lobby with a reception, a fitness studio, various shops, and a spa area. For culinary delights, there is a buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace and two à la carte restaurants. The "Anchor" offers Italian specialties, and "Sands" is located on the beach and offers international cuisine (included once a week for a minimum stay of 7 nights - subject to availability and reservation required), as well as several bars.
The well-maintained outdoor area includes a swimming pool (heated in winter).
Sun loungers, mattresses, and umbrellas are available to guests free of charge by the pool and on the beach. Beach and bath towels are provided fresh in the room daily.

Double Room Superior Bay View

The Double Superior Bay View (SVB) rooms are 29 m² in size and feature a walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, coffee and tea maker, safe, telephone, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony.
Also available with sea view (DMU) or for single occupancy (V1S/EMU).

Superior Family Room Garden View

The Superior Family Rooms Garden View (F2S) have the same amenities as the Double Superior rooms (29 m²) but with an additional sofa bed. The rooms are located on the ground floor.

Junior Suite Sea View

The Junior Suites Sea View (J2M) are equipped like the Double Superior rooms but are larger (120 m²) and have a direct sea view.

Deluxe Family Room Pool or Sea View

The Deluxe Family Rooms Pool or Sea View (FMD) have the same amenities as the Double Superior Bay View but are larger (approx. 45 m²).
The rooms are located on the ground floor.

Deluxe Family Room Bay View

The Deluxe Family Rooms Bay View (BDV) are approx. 46 m² in size and consist of 2 rooms with an connecting door, with garden or beach view, and otherwise have the same amenities as the Double Superior rooms.

All Inclusive

Breakfast from 7-10:30 am, lunch from 12:30-2:30 pm, and dinner from 6:30-9 pm (winter) and 7-9:30 pm (summer) in buffet style at the main restaurant. Late risers' breakfast is available from 10:30-11:30 am at the beach bar. Lunchtime snacks are available from 1-4 pm with ice cream, coffee/tea, and cake. Selected local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from 10 am to 12 am. Imported alcoholic beverages are not included in the All Inclusive. Once per stay, the à la carte restaurant at the beach restaurant is included per person (subject to prior reservation and availability).

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and has a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and the three bars on board serving cool drinks. There is also a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner. From Winter 2024/25, the ship will have a small fitness studio, freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on the loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool and enjoy the fantastic view of the landscape along the Nile.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same amenities as the suites but are larger (approx. 37 m²). The Royal Suites are located on the middle and upper decks.
In the Royal Suites, the French balcony also includes a small table and two chairs.

Single Suites

The Single Suites (S1) are approx. 13 m² in size and otherwise have the same amenities as the suites, but with only a single bed and no seating area.

Economy Suite

The Economy Suites (S2Z) are somewhat smaller (approx. 21 m²) with otherwise the same amenities as the suites and may not have a French balcony and seating area, but rather a non-opening window.
