Product information

Combined package of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the outward flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and then the Nile cruise, the return flight must be from Luxor.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Visit to the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 AM, optional balloon excursion (can be booked on-site).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, Karnak and Luxor Temples (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Visit to the West Bank. After breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening departure to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Departure from Esna.
Then continue to Aswan, where the overnight stay will also take place.
Lunch and dinner, as well as overnight stay on board.
Day 5:
After breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then an opportunity to visit a Nubian village with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 6:
You have the opportunity to explore Abu Simbel (2,3). Journey to Kom Ombo with a visit to the Temple of Kom Ombo (1,2,3). Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 7:
Departure to Esna and visit to the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3). Overnight on board.
Day 8:
Arrival in Luxor. Departure.

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins spread across several decks. The main restaurant with delicious dishes caters to your culinary needs. Cozy lounge bar complements the offerings. A small bazaar invites you to browse and shop. On the spacious sun deck, there is a large pool and a bar. Beach towels are included on board.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner as a buffet. Drinks at a charge.

Occasional evening entertainment with folklore.

Cabins

The tastefully furnished cabins (K2) are approx. 19 m² in size and feature a bathroom with bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar, and safe.
The cabins can also be booked for single use (K1 or KA1).

Promo Cabins

The promo cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins but are located on the lower decks and have a small round window.

Single Cabin

With the same amenities as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 m²) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

Located in the beautiful bay of Marsa Mubarak, the Iberotel Costa Mares hotel is part of the renowned Jaz Hotel Group. The offshore coral reef offers a fascinating underwater world for divers and snorkelers. It is one of the most famous spots for diving with dugongs and turtles.
The nearest town with a beautiful marina and various shopping and entertainment options is about 5 km away. The distance to Marsa Alam Airport is only about 8 km.

The modern hotel complex (from Winter 2025/2026, Adults Only from 16 years!) has a total of 208 rooms spread across the main building and annexes. The stylish hotel is equipped with a modern lobby with reception, a fitness studio, various shops, and a spa area. For culinary delights, there is a buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace and two à la carte restaurants. The "Anchor" offers Italian specialties, and "Sands" is located on the beach and offers international cuisine (included once a week with a minimum stay of 7 nights, subject to availability and reservation required), as well as several bars.
In the well-maintained outdoor area, there is a swimming pool (heated in winter).
Sun loungers, mattresses, and umbrellas are available free of charge to guests by the pool and on the beach. Beach and bath towels are provided fresh daily in the room.

Superior Double Room Bay View

The Superior Bay View Double Rooms (SVB) are 29 m² and feature a walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, coffee and tea maker, safe, telephone, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony.
Also available with sea view (DMU) or for single use (V1S/EMU).

Superior Family Room Garden View

The Superior Garden View Family Rooms (F2S) have the same amenities as the Double Superior rooms (29 m²), but with an additional sofa bed. The rooms are located on the ground floor.

Junior Suite Sea View

The Junior Suites Sea View (J2M) are equipped like the Double Superior rooms, but are larger (120 m²) and have a direct sea view.

Deluxe Family Room Pool or Sea View

The Deluxe Family Rooms Pool or Sea View (FMD) have the same amenities as the Double Superior Bay View rooms, but are larger (approx. 45 m²).
The rooms are located on the ground floor.

Deluxe Family Room Bay View

The Deluxe Family Rooms Bay View (BDV) are approx. 46 m² and consist of 2 rooms with an inter-connecting door, with garden or beach view, otherwise with the same amenities as the Double Superior.
