Located in the beautiful bay of Marsa Mubarak is the Iberotel Costa Mares hotel, part of the renowned Jaz Hotel group. The coral reef in front offers a fascinating underwater world for divers and snorkelers. It is one of the best-known spots for diving with dugongs and turtles.
The nearest town with a beautiful marina and various shopping and entertainment options is approx. 5 km away. The distance to Marsa Alam Airport is only about 8 km.

The modern hotel complex (from winter 2025/2026 adults only from 16 years!) has a total of 208 rooms spread across the main building and annexes. The stylish hotel is equipped with a modern lobby with reception, a fitness studio, various shops, and a spa area. For culinary delights, there is a buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace and two à la carte restaurants. The "Anchor" offers Italian specialties, and the "Sands" is located on the beach and offers international cuisine (with a minimum stay of 7 nights, both restaurants are included once a week - subject to availability - reservation required), as well as several bars.
In the well-maintained outdoor area, there is a swimming pool (heated in winter).
Sun loungers, mattresses, and umbrellas are available to guests free of charge by the pool and on the beach. Beach and bath towels are provided fresh daily in the room.

The Double Superior Bay View rooms (SVB) are 29 m² and have a walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, coffee/tea maker, safe, telephone, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony.
Also available with sea view (DMU) or for single use (V1S/EMU).

Superior Family Room Garden View

The Superior Family Rooms Garden View (F2S) have the same amenities as the Double Superior rooms (29 m²), but with an additional sofa bed. The rooms are located on the ground floor.

Junior Suite Sea View

The Junior Suites Sea View (J2M) are equipped like the Double Superior rooms, but are larger (120 m²) and have a direct sea view.

Deluxe Family Room Pool or Sea View

The Deluxe Family Rooms Pool or Sea View (FMD) have the same amenities as the Double Superior Bay View rooms, but are larger (approx. 45 m²).
The rooms are located on the ground floor.

Deluxe Family Room Bay View

The Deluxe Family Rooms Bay View (BDV) are approx. 46 m² and consist of 2 rooms with an connecting door, with garden or beach view, otherwise with the same amenities as the Double Superior.

All Inclusive

Breakfast from 7-10:30 AM, lunch from 12:30-2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30-9 PM (winter) and 7-9:30 PM (summer) as a buffet in the main restaurant. Late risers' breakfast is available from 10:30-11:30 AM at the beach bar. Lunchtime snacks are available from 1-4 PM with ice cream, coffee/tea, and cake. Selected local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10 AM to 12 AM. Imported alcoholic drinks are not included in the All Inclusive. Once per stay, the à la carte restaurant at the beach restaurant is included per person (subject to prior reservation and availability).
