The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and has a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and savor cool drinks served by the three bars on board. Furthermore, a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are available. From Winter 2024/25, the ship will feature a small fitness studio, freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on sun loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool and enjoy the dreamlike view of the landscape along the Nile.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A hot air balloon ride is possible at 5 am (optional, bookable on site).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon sailing to Edfu. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 3:
Sailing to Kom Ombo in the morning.
Lunch on board and visit to the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 4:
In the morning, after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then visit a Nubian village (3).

Day 7:
Breakfast. You will then have the opportunity to visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3).
The ship then continues to Luxor.
Upon arrival, you will have the opportunity to visit the East Bank with the Luxor Temple (1,2,3) and the Karnak Temple (1,2,3). There will be an opportunity for a sound and light show at the Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked on site).

The JAZ Lamaya hotel is situated in a slightly elevated position above the beach bay of Madinat Coraya. The beautiful, intact house reef with corals that reach almost to the shore offers ideal conditions for snorkeling and diving. Access to the sea is approximately 150 m from the hotel. A jetty leads directly into the water from the hotel. Numerous shops, bars, and a charming promenade are located in the idyllic harbor town of Port Ghalib. The distance to Port Ghalib and Marsa Alam Airport is about 8 km.

Facilities

This hotel complex is specifically designed for a relaxing family holiday. The very elegant and spacious resort is built in a Moorish-Oriental style and comprises a total of 389 rooms, spread across a main building and several two- and three-story residential buildings. The hotel features a stylish lobby with a reception and seating areas, a main restaurant with a non-smoking section, a hairdresser, several shops, a bar, and an amphitheater.
