Travel information

Combination package consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday, including all connecting transfers. Accommodation in the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the arrival flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and the Nile cruise follows, the return flight must be from Luxor.

In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon journey to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Morning cruise to Kom Ombo.

Accommodation facilities

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished exterior cabins, spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Indulge in culinary delights at the main restaurant and enjoy cool drinks served by the three bars on board. Furthermore, a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are available to you. From winter 2024/25, the ship will have a small fitness center, which is freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your holiday perfect, you can relax on the loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool while enjoying the fantastic view of the landscape along the Nile.

Suite

The comfortably furnished suites (S2) are approx. 24 m² in size and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or one double bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area, and French balcony.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same facilities as the suites, but are larger (approx. 37 m²). The Royal Suites are located on the middle deck and upper deck.
In the Royal Suites, there is also a small table and two chairs on the balcony.

Single Suites

The single suites (S1) are approx. 13 m² in size and are otherwise equipped the same as the suites, but with only one single bed and no seating area.

Economy Suite

The economy suites (S2Z) are somewhat smaller (approx. 21 m²) with otherwise the same features as the suites and possibly without a French balcony and without a seating area, but with a non-opening window.

The JAZ Lamaya Hotel is located in a slightly elevated position above the beach bay of Madinat Coraya. The beautiful, intact house reef with corals that partly reach the shore offers ideal conditions for snorkeling and diving. Access to the sea is approximately 150 m from the hotel. A jetty leads directly into the water from the hotel. Numerous shops, bars, and a beautiful promenade are located in the idyllic harbor town of Port Ghalib. The distance to Port Ghalib and Marsa Alam Airport is approximately 8 km.

Accommodation facilities

This hotel complex was specially designed for a relaxing family holiday. The very elegant and spacious resort was built in a Moorish-oriental style and has a total of 389 rooms, spread across a main building and several two- and three-story residential buildings. The hotel features a stylish lobby with reception and seating areas, a main restaurant with a non-smoking zone, a hairdresser, several shops, a bar, and an amphitheater. In the extensive outdoor area, there is a generously laid out pool landscape with four swimming pools (three of which can be heated in winter) with a separate children's pool (heatable in winter), a hangout area, and a beach/pool bar, as well as a new food court on the beach with snacks, drinks, and desserts.
