The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and relax with cool drinks from the three onboard bars. A small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are also available. Starting from Winter 2024/25, the ship will have a small fitness studio freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool while enjoying the fantastic view of the landscape along the Nile.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. In the afternoon, visit the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A balloon ride is possible at 5 AM (optional, bookable locally).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Continue sailing to Kom Ombo in the morning.
Lunch on board and visit to the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
In the morning, after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then, visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then, visit a Nubian village (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 5:
Early in the morning at 3:30 AM, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast package included.
Then, we return to Kom Ombo.

Breakfast on board. Afterwards, the ship continues to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 7:
Breakfast. Afterwards, you have the option to visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3).
Then, the ship continues to Luxor.
Upon arrival, you have the option to visit the East Bank with the Luxor Temple (1,2,3) and Karnak Temple (1,2,3). There is an opportunity for a sound and light show at Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked locally).

The JAZ Lamaya hotel is situated on a slightly elevated position above the beach bay of Madinat Coraya. The beautiful, intact house reef with corals, some of which reach the shore, offers ideal conditions for snorkeling and diving. Access to the sea is about 150 meters from the hotel. A jetty leads directly into the water at the hotel. Numerous shops, bars, and a beautiful promenade are located in the idyllic harbor town of Port Ghalib. The distance to Port Ghalib and to Marsa Alam airport is about 8 km.

Facilities

This hotel complex was specifically designed for a relaxing family holiday. The very elegant and spacious resort was built in a Moorish-oriental style and offers a total of 389 rooms, spread across a main building and several two- and three-story residential buildings. The hotel has a stylish lobby with a reception and seating areas, a main restaurant with a non-smoking section, a hairdresser, several shops, a bar, and an amphitheater. In the extensive outdoor area, you will find a generously designed pool landscape with four swimming pools (three of which are heated in winter), a separate children's pool (heated in winter), a hangout area, and a beach/pool bar, as well as a new food court on the beach offering snacks, drinks, and desserts. Beach towels, loungers, and umbrellas are available free of charge at the hotel's private beach and by the pools.
